Lovely staff, great coffee and clean and tidy well stocked kiosk!

Nice, clean and well used Starbucks coffee shop in Leeds Railway Station. Staff are friendly and there is an App to order coffee in advance if you are a regular traveller by rail and use the shop daily

Friendly staff but it doss get busy. Their initiative for free drinks for nhs staff was nice whilst it lasted.

Staff were friendly but got both mine and the guy before me's order wrong. He got the wrong flavour frap, i got my drink extra hot instead of a cooler than normal. There were five of you behind what looked like a cramped bar. I'm guessing it's stress, but you need to pass on orders more clearly. Ot

Quick to order but communication behind counter could be better between staff and with customers (and let people add their own sugar like any other coffee shop / restaurant.. I've never known anywhere that insists on doing this for you even when you ask for sachets)

Well chosen location and quick service, along with very helpful staff. This is a good place to use the app with and order via mobile on the way to the train station, or when passing it. Would recommend the Peach Citrus Green Tea.

Service staff were great, however Liz the bar support was horrid. She undermined the staff at every opportunity and spoke to them like they were idiots. Not pleasant to witness

For a Starbucks the service was very good and helpful -- probably the nicest place to wait in Leeds station if you can get a seat. Can't stand their coffee though, as with any Starbucks...
