Ceri gave me prompt attention, noticed I was uncertain about the airport, served efficiently, kindly refilled my water bottle (emptied at Security) and told me about drinking fountains. The coffee lounge is airy, no awful 'relaxing' music, well thought out for passengers' needs. I'm now very relaxed
Had a lovely mocha on Tuesday 12th and was served by a friendly lady who gave great service. She also recommended a coconut mocha which was delicious. I'm sorry that I forgot to ask her name. She helped with directions to water fountain and is a credit to her organisation. Thanks
