Me and my family have ordered from this place many times down the years and have rarely had any issues. We’ve noticed that in the last year, their customer service has really improved. An example of this was when the manager Jamie and the supervisor Tahid arranged for us to receive two free sides on an occasion when a portion of my daughters fries were missing from a previous delivery during covid. I have to say I am appalled by how the staff are spoken to at times by the local nitties who order from this place. If you want to be respected then treat others with respect!
