Going to any supermarket before 10am is a win win. Plenty of parking spaces. Getting round the store was easy. Getting to the till and paying for the goods was stress free, staff on the tills were happy. As I was leaving more customers were arriving, lastly easy to get out of the car park.
Overall experience was good. It is one of the largest superstores here and you would normally find everything you would expect from any Morrison shop.
They have got a variety of products so it is a good place for grocery shopping once in a week. Prices are high though. It used to be a lot cheaper.
Parking: they have got ample of parking space. There are dedicated parking space 🅿️ for disabled. Also, dedicated space for parents and child/toddler.
Fantastic selection of fruit and veg, then moving on fresh fish and meat. The bakery is a sight to behold and the deli is just fabulous. I haven't been to Morrisons for quite a while and was very pleasantly surprised at how good the produce was and how reasonable and fair the prices were
Very nice supermarket, nice range of products and a good place to grab lunch
A very busy morrisons store. Usually well stocked. The majority of staff are very happy to help and assist where needed, however staff on the self checkout can make you feel like a burden sometimes when the machines throw an error.
In fairness to these staff though, the poor guys on the self checkout look stressed and overworked, as it is usually one member of staff being made to supervise approx 15 tills. Maybe in peak periods they should have 2 people manning the self service checkouts, to relieve the stress placed upon staff.
Morrisons is usually my go to when I need to get an array of things. The variety is huge whether it’s groceries, fruit or veg, flowers or pretty much anything else.
Today I was struggling to choose between 2 bouquets and a lovely lady called Andreia helped me choose the best one. She was so attentive and helped me out massively. She went above and beyond and even added a little gift card to the bouquet to make it even more special.
Thank you for your amazing service Andreia you definitely helped make my experience a lot better. Appreciate you! 🤍
About a million times better than the one in Hunslet. Food options are incredible, street food options, veggie, vegan, smokehouse. Brilliant set up.
I believe its the biggest Morrisons in Leeds.
Nice produce and good prices. Staff are shiny and so friendly.
They have sections for fresh fish, fresh meet, deli and pizza. In addition to a very nice bakery.
The only thing that it was overcrowded.
They have a massive parking on the outside as well.
Went in here to get ice, and guess what, the ice was out, empty, no ice.
I asked the fishmonger at the back of the store, he wouldn't help.
I asked a member of staff (they wouldn't help and didn't get their name either).
I thought about buying frozen peas to chill down our beers.
I was desperate.
Then I found LISA, how good is Lisa! Lisa went out back to the freezer in the back in the warehouse and got me some ICE.
Give this woman a pay rise!
Lisa, Lisa, Lisa, Lisa, the crowd went wild at out evening drinks.
Lisa's name was chanted well into the wee hours.
Lisa is the saviour of Headingley.
Thanks Lisa, you're the absolute BEST.
The supermarket was pretty good too from memory!
Seven Stars for Lisa.
Zero Stars for the 2 staff members who wouldn't help and weren't interested.
Three stars for the supermarket itself.
4 Stars overall, would be 2 stars without Lisa though.
FACT!
Everything you need in one place! Market street and cafe are great for something quick. Great for fresh fruit and veg. Always plenty of parking
Me and my partner love this Morrisons, in particular the cafe! Marie always gives us the best service, she can never do enough to help and always greets us with a smile and some cheerful craic. It's always such a treat to come here for a veggie brekky, the avocado is a real nice addition! 5 stars 🙂🌟
This locations food isles had plenty to choose from but equally noticeable were the in-house & appetising Cafe & restaurants offering different cuisines
