Took the grandchildren for a bite to eat yesterday and we had a very enjoyable meal. The young man serving was excellent and very helpful, thank you.
The staff are brilliant and very helpful. The food was great. Love this place and will be back.

May of been as it was inside the White Rose and therefore smaller than others but menu seemed limited. Was still good choice and price though and food was nice with fast, friendly service so good for lunch while out shopping but not best Frankie & Benny's for a proper sit down meal.

ABSOLUTE SHOUT OUT TO LEON!!!…. Exceptional customer service! We visited today ( 3rd time recently and all three visits have been spot on with both food and service ) Today however we were served by Leon. They were quite busy as it was early afternoon and to be expected but despite the colleague’s having plenty work in front of them, it certainly didn’t compromise the level of service given. Really polite and helpful and having commented how much me and my son loved one of their cocktails, Leon made it in his way to fetch the bottles used in the cocktail for me to see after I’d asked how it was made. Given the fact he was as busy as he was, I was genuinely blown away with his level of care for his customers. The food ( as always ) was really good. When I visit the White Rose I’d hands down rather visit this place than give £8 for a jacket potato or similar. A really nice meal with exceptional service. Keep the cocktails on ice Leon!!…. See you again soon and thank you very much for everything. 5* Leon……. 👌
Been Visiting This Place for a While Now Especially More Since The Crown Point Premises Closed Down for Good Last Year. It's Always Very Welcoming but My Recent Visit was as Good as It Used to Be. The Host/Manager Seemed Too Pushy and In a Rush Despite Knowing We Had a Kid in a Pushchair. Anyhow Other Staff was as Welcoming as Always, Food was Great as Expected. Will Definitely Visit Again.

This is a relaxing option, among several other things to do when you are at White Rose Shopping Centre 🛍. Classic cocktails and mocktails and some food add to the reason to drop in. Some American and continental food and drink 🍸 are standard. Quiet music in the background.

The food was nice even though we did find random frozen fries among the cooked ones. However, waitress did say she would discount the fries from our bill. Service was sporadic and although the waitress was quite lovely until I reminded her at the end of service that we had not received our drinks that had been ordered mid meal and when we said we no longer required it, she was quite rude.
Thought I'd treat my daughter to a breakfast here, we ordered waffles & French toast.... omg amazingly delicious, large portions too which we couldn't quite finish. Service was spot on and the best thing was we paid in cold hard CASH. We will return.

We visited for a pre-cinema trip. Staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't enough to help us. Our food was ok, over cooked hot dog and kid's meals just not great quality. Overall it was a good experience and we would come back just because of the staff being brilliant.
We had a lasagne and bologneise along with a starter the starter and the lasagne were nice however the bologneaise wasn't too cracking however when we mentioned it to one of the staff members he was really nice and polite about it and knocked it off our bill for us. The staff are real nice tok
I can always rely on Frankie Benny's, it was like a magical oasis in the chaos of The White Rose Centre. That double Jack Daniels saved my shopping weary, frayed nerves
