You can tell these guys really put the effort in. And it was refreshing to order a pizza from an actual takeaway that wasn't the usual mediocre takeaway guff
I ordered the pepperoni pizza. Nice, thick cut pepperoni, loads of flavours, herbs and a tangy fresh sauce. Personally there was a little too much cheese for me but im sure most people wouldn't complain.
It's a little pricey but worth it. Give them a try for sure.
Went there for the first time the other day and it was absolutely delicious! Staff were super friendly and recommended some delicious options, and we got 3 pizzas, large truffle fries and onion rings for just over £30 and we were definitely full enough. The Neapolitan pizzas are a highlight, really recommend getting one of those. The Parmesan truffle fries were also standout, really recommend!
Overall really gorgeous takeaway experience, I recommend going and picking up if you can!
Not sure what the rest of these lot are on about but I suppose haven't been here long enough to know what it used to taste like.
We ordered for collection and it was phenomenal, couldn't believe we had this on our doorstep this whole time. Slightly annoyed these reviews had put us off for so long.
The tomato base was fantastic and the pepperoni even better. Truffle fries were unreal too.
If you order on uber eats and want your pizza sat on the backseat for 45 minutes you get what you pay for!!

Mama Mias do delicious pizzas every time. They provide plenty of toppings and leave you feeling very full. I will definitely be going back soon and recommending to friends. Brilliant new sourdough pizzas are available too, which I tried and loved. Overall, it is great food, and great service :)
By far one of the best Italian-style pizza takeouts in town with great flavours, the freshest ingredients and affordable prices. I cannot recommend Mamma Mia - Takeout enough!! Simply delicious.
Ordered from Deliveroo last night. I was pleasantly surprised how neat and stacked the burger was. Large fries meant large portion and didn’t disappoint either. Very rare to find a burger place which has burgers so well made that you can see each and every ingredient clearly. Will definitely be ordering again.
My new local pizza spot! Been here a few times now and I’m always impressed with the service - front of house are super friendly and helpful, and the kitchen crew clearly care about what they make. They never keep you waiting either!
Oh, and make sure you try their burgers and truffle fries too!
Friendly staff with good chat on them and the pizza is very good quality. Four cheese is a personal favourite along with a Mango Rubicon thank you very much. Highly recommend.
We had never tried here before but can highly recommend. The pizzas are just gorgeous and the burger we ordered was not thrown together it was nicely stacked. Will certainly be ordering again
Authentic Italian pizza just how they should be. We ordered 4 pizzas all with customised toppings and devoured the lot! Great service from Oscar and delivered quickly and on time
We have just had 2 Pizza’s and garlic bread. It was exactly as described on the box : Fresh, hot and delicious. Our first time at Mamma Mia’s but definitely won’t be our last
As someone who isn't a huge fan of pizzas I was really impressed, so much so that I've been back a couple of times. The pizzas just taste fresh, not too doughy with generous additional toppings. Only minor gripe is you have to slice it yourself!
Well, we've been coming to Mama Mias for well over 30 years, and anyone who used them would tell you they they did the best pizzas in Leeds by a mile. Recently the previous owner sold up and it has been taken over by a new team, and refurbished as well. To be honest, the 'old' version of Mama Mias had become such a permanent fixture that we were worried that with new owners, the food might have deteriorated.
Well.... Have no fears. To anyone who has been used to the old Mama Mias or to anyone looking for an absolutely superb pizza served with a smile then look no further. There might be bigger more well known names out there, but none of them hold a candle to this place. We had a couple of bolognese pizzas ( with extra pepperoni, naturally) and a pepperoni and they were just as good if not even nicer than before. Looking forward to using them for years to come.

Went to mama mia's yesterday, and the food was amazing - absolutely loved the cheese burgers. Also have lovely staff who where very patient, great service all round. Would definitely recommend trying it out!
