Really really busy area at times the staff are run off there feet but the customers are really rude or just selfish especially when trying to order from the self service they just stand in front so you can’t order but that’s society these days but the food was spot on the service was really good the

The service like all these places is pretty efficient, but it can be quite chaotic.
It's a station at the end of the day and the inside it is rammed most of the time. Also gets very hot as there seems to be zero vent
for a train station maccies this one is pretty good, the chips r always hot and tasty, the service is pretty fast if u consider how busy it is. only issue really is how small it is - not many places to sit. honestly one of the best McDonald's ive been to!

There is a woman called Claudia there helping people and I have to admit she was a breath of fresh air. Was catering to everyone's needs and generally organised things outside the counter. Hope more have her energy and usefulness

Was very crowded and missed some of our condiments so we had to go back for them it's not normally as crowed as it was but leeds fest was on so I'd Google next time to see when it's busy
Always been clean and I know the staff work hard. Best one in Leeds by far
