Once you get past the crazy price (which they can not do anything about) the food is good, staff are friendly and it's just a pleasant environment.

Had an impromptu visit and decided to have the buffet ....I remember a time it was far cheaper! However, the food was lovely and the staff kept up keeping the buffet and salad bar fully stocked. The staff were super friendly on arrival and leaving. Not much interaction in between, other than clarify
I wanted to say a huge thank you to the staff working today (12/10/23 18pm) at Cardigan fields (Leeds Kirkstall) Pizza hut for the lovely service. Lovely staff but tasteless thin based pizza! Dough awful. Not much topping hardly any cheese either for the price. Their pizzas used to be lovely years ago but like everything else today it has gone downhill.
My experience in Pizza Hut, amazing I had a kids meal and really enjoyed it. The waiter NicolaD was outstanding she asked me many questions and talked to me about my transition to high school. Food was fantastic, our server Teea was amazing, so attentive and kind couldn't do enough for us, she's a credit to Pizza Hut, loved everything about our evening meal there. 😊
Pizza variety was great also the pasta vas very tasty, also the food was fresh, the temperature was just right, salad bar was well stocked with fresh produce.
Been here a few times now as it's my daughter's favourite Pizza Hut around Leeds. Always clean, staff are really friendly. I would highly recommend visiting.
Speed of service. Cleanliness of restaurant and fresh food cooked to order. I was on my own (for work) so it's nice to have a bit of a chat with the staff.
We had a lovely meal with friends and we had a very best experience in there. Floor Manager did everything, he was spot on (tall ginger bloke, really sorry didn't catch his name) He is a credit to this place.
