Reviews Pret A Manger

I went to this Pret today during a break on my coach journey. When I saw the reviews about the staff, I was really nervous. Being autistic means I sometimes need adjustments or further explanations. When I went in, I noticed the place was very clean and relatively relaxed and more quiet compared to other Prets I've been in (Bonus for me). I joined the queue after deciding what I wanted, the queue was very short and people got served quickly whilst still being talked to by the staff. When it came to my turn, I was served by a nice staff member who took my order and scanned the apple fizz I'd picked. Due to my slight speech impediment, they did mishear which milk I needed. They was completely fine and happy with it. Staff were very chilled and happy to chat a bit when there wasn't customers waiting to be served. Disability awareness and accessibility seems really good in here, including for physical disabilities. The whole place including toilet was accessible to wheelchair users. The staff seemed very understanding and accommodating. The quality of the food and drink was very nice, especially the chocolate croissant! I would definitely recommend this place. If those bad reviews were accurate, then the issue seems to have been resolved.

We popped in here to eat something quickly and, we really enjoyed it. The food was perfectly warm. The mac and cheese was tasty. The location is great, having a good view of the shopping centre The service was 5 stars! Want to give a shout to Mauricio who was really nice with us!

Nice outlet of Pret A Manger inside Victoria Gate. Not the largest of seating areas but quick service and usual good range of sandwiches. Coffee was nice

Great place to go and grab a cuppa. Some of the seating seems quite squished together but there are plug points near a few of the seats which I always find handy. It’s in a very swish shopping centre too so the views are great for people watching snd gorgeous interiors.

Lovely selection of hot and cold sandwiches, ready made soups and pastries. Very clean and helpful staff. A little expensive if you are in a family unit, but ok for single and couple dining.

Pret's in Victoria Quarter is very good. Nice seating and generally wheelchair accessible although sometimes I have to move the odd chair. A good experience 🙂

Always a pleasant welcome with fast and efficient service. I like the wide range of prices and some smaller sandwich portions for those smaller appetites or budgets. The quality and taste of the food and drink is excellent and I like the free wifi and mains points for our computers. You are acknowledged very quickly on entry and there are plenty of staff including excellent motivating management. I like the fresh clean friendly environment in which to relax eat and drink. Thank you, Mr Harris.

10/10 experience as always in my favourite pret, I saw served by Keeva and elena, who despite the shop being very busy we’re still super friendly and attentive. It’s always a pleasure coming in and seeing them! and they always make the best coffee!

I love Pret's capuccino and their popcorn bars. Not usually a coffee chain fan but Pret is far better quality than the big 2. Beware in this branch, the edges / corners of the bar stools are very sharp and eye level for young kids. We mentioned it so hope they get the sandpaper out!

Impressive frontage within the Victoria development and offering both indoor and "outdoor" seating options. The usual Pret offerings inside including the oddly bewildering phenomenon where the English suddenly forget how to queue and ignore repeated calls from the efficient staff who want serve the next customer. Good coffee, decent sandwiches, pastries etc but all at a price that would make customers of Greggs, Fatsos and the Pound Bakery weep.

Good regular Pret. A few table squatters using the free WiFi and can be busy at lunchtime. Friendly staff.
