Tried this Fish n Chip shop for the first time ever as new to area, so glad we googled and found it. We went Saturday not long before closing so the fish were fried to order, absolutely delicious, my portions were fabulous, and they were cooked to perfection. I got a fish and pinched a few of hubby'
food was amazing really filling and tasty the fish was sooo nice chips where good and that curry sauce was absolutely delicious
Very enjoyable, well cooked and tasty. Only problem is no small portions of chips and a large portion too much for us even though we share!

Best chippy for miles. Fish is always fresh and delicious and the chips are perfect too. Chinese curry sauce is a bonus as are scraps, mushy peas and the fantastic friendly service.
For the most times its great fish and chips occasionally the fish doesn't live up to expectations and they do extra stuff too! Burgers pies chicken spam etc on the spam (I am a big lover of spam?) Been going here for years, usually really good food, but mushy peas can be a bit hit and miss, depends who is on. The main elements, the fish and chips are very good. Chinese curry sauce is the best in town.
I like my fish well done so it was cooked to order. Never a problem.

Lovely fish and chips. But the wait is the only thing I can complain about. They appear to make them as you go in. I might as well make them myself at home and save some money and time.

Always tasty fish and chips. Wouldn't go anywhere else. But at the end of the day it is how they are cooked.
