The fish and chips are consistently good.
Everything is cooked fresh to order but there's not usually a long wait.
The staff are friendly.
Wheelchair access is good.
Today myself and my wife treated ourselves at your outlet we both have very bad mobility problems. A lovely waitress asked us polity to sit at our table she got or order and brought it to us the food was beautiful thank you very much to the waitress and all staff
Absolutely amazing! I came tonight with my son and had a fantastic experience. The staff were polite and very friendly. The food was some of the best chip shop food I've ever had, and £15 to feed the 2 of us was brilliant.
I want to personally thank the young girl who was cleaning up as her customer service went above and beyond. She brought our food over to us so i wouldn't have to leave my son alone to collect it, every time she was near us she came over and interacted with my son while clearing up. She made it a personal experience and made things easier for my son to enjoy.
Will 100% be coming again.

Always found that ordering fish & chips to be a gamble as most takeaways make a poor job of it. Well not in this case, just enjoyed the best fish n chips of my life. Crisp, satisfying and full of flavour. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Had fish and chips here on Wednesday and the fish was lovely, all crisp and fresh. Chips good too. None of it greasy at all. The staff weren't overly friendly just efficient but I didn't go in there for a cuddle just some nice, tasty fish and chips and that's what I got. Thanks will definitely call again.
Quick service, decently priced, and the food is delicious. Competes with my favourite chippy in Portsmouth.
Prepared fresh as you wait my take out order was still piping hot after a 15 min journey back home. Really rate this place for their glorious golden crispy batter its the best I've tasted. Friendly and efficient service with great care to cleanliness and social distancing policies

Excellent fish and chips. The fish cakes are also very good. Fish always good quality and the batter crispy.
Service very quick even when busy. Staff efficient and very friendly.
