Went there today & because I have the app on my phone I was given a free piece of cake for my birthday. I got a slice of salted caramel cake & a large hazelnut latte. The cake was delicious & a nice surprise for me , the hazelnut latte was also delicious, Toilets were clean & the service was excellent as usual at costa coffee Merrion Centre. We know Christmas is approaching when Costa is releasing festive hot chocolate drinks! This store serves fantastic beverages. Service was attentive, and the staff was courteous. If you need somewhere to sit and have a conversation with your peers. Then, this is the perfect location.

We visited this coffeehouse in the centre of leeds it was a pleasent easy going atmosphere inside polite staff and plenty of seats to drink the well made Vanilla Lattes we had to drink tonight

I post a lot of reviews about Costa, you'd think I was touring them. Good coffee, reasonably priced. You've been to one, you've been to them all. They're starting to implement some vegan cakes at the minute, so that gets them more stars for me! Scrap the cow's milk and get yourself a soya latte!
I always come here cause it is near my place. The coffee is okay as it is. The atmosphere is okay, depends on each day and your luck. If you want to find a relaxable place, this cafe locating here is not your choice. Um, okay for me still.

The place is nice for studying or just having a chat with friends or colleagues. The coffee is ok, and you can find also some snacks and sweets. The staff is very friendly and kind. However, the last time I went there, I couldn't manage to connect to the wifi as they had problem with the wifi connection.
Needed a quick break and a bite, when I got in there, it was peaceful and the food, drink and service were second to none.
Can't beat a good coffee and this place is great. Huge choice which is great. Prices! Well as expected moderate. Staff friendly. Overall very pleasant π
Had another amazing experience here with a Latte and Jammed Toast. At an expensive price, it's just great for a fill in Lunch. Staff, as always were polite and courteous.
