A really inviting atmosphere with caring and attentive staff. We were greeted on arrival and seated and had time to admire the building chat and choose our food before having a server attend to our needs. Set in fantastic grounds and would be a lovely place to have lunch on a sunny summer's day.

Came for midweek lunch with out of town friends and their two very well behaved dogs. We were in the dog friendly bar area which was very quiet.

Visited for Sunday Lunch and the food was fantastic! Ordered the Roast Turkey and Trio of Meats. Very generous portions and everything was cooked to perfection. Staff were very attentive and helpful.
