Jennifer was great and the food was lovely. I have previously been to TGIs in Castleford Xscape but I’ve made sure to never go again to that one as the service and food started just being awful. I thought I’d give TGIs another chance at White Rose and what a difference. Everyone is lovely and the food is so much better :))

TGI Fridays leeds white rose made it so easy to book a table for a family birthday in the end of November 2023, the chap was friendly on the phone and we were able to book are favourite seat. We love tgi's and so thankful we could eat there on the birthday, food was lovely, drinks were lovely. And a special thank you to Laura who served us and nothing was a problem or too much, she put the thought in to how she went above and beyond for us to make it an even more lovely experience, that extra thought asking the manager was much appreciated. Laura was smiling all the time we were there, and was really happy friendly easy going. Laura did an excellent job and it's so lovely to find a person in the such a customer service engage so well with their customers and be cheerful about it. People like Laura in this business make it a really lovely experience and she is a credit to her team. My brother thoroughly enjoyed his baileys coctail and i thoroughly enjoyed my first sex on the beach coctail. Thank you ever much.
Great service from the staff on Sunday evening. Manager had a very good understanding of allergy awareness and we were warmly welcomed and made comfortable. Ordered food and drink, which was efficient and pleasant and enjoyed the atmosphere of a clean and comfortable venue. While it was quiet the manger and staff moved around and attended to their jobs keeping the restaurant clean and presentable. The food itself was pleasant, though with some overcooking on the meat and charring of the bun. The cocktails also felt underwhelming and tame considering they were made with spirits. Nevertheless, the service was great and overall a pleasant evening dinner later in the day on a Sunday.
2 courses for 13.99 Sunday-Thursday, great deal. Had the mozzarella dippers to start, which were fresh, although not too full with cheese. Then I had the chicken BLT, not much bacon, but still tasted good with the honey mustard mayo. I upgraded the fries to cheese and bacon, which were lovely but a very big portion!
Amazing food and service. The lad who served us was amazing. We had refilled drinks, and he never let them go empty. He didn't overly come over but made sure we had everything. Best service we have ever had in a restaurant. The food we had was so nice. We will definitely be going again with the family. 10/10.
We booked a table for my grandson 16th birthday, and they gave us all upstairs, which was perfect as my other grandson is autistic and gave room to run around safely. The service was excellent and gave good discounts on large group bookings. I definitely will book again
We visited here tonight for our 10 year familyversary with the kids. Lauren was our waitress and she was so friendly and welcoming. Found us a lovely booth to sit in and once we were settled her table service was spot on 100%. At the end of our meal she brought us a lovely cake sharing platter with a 10 years message on it. Such a beautiful and thoughtful thing to do. Staff work efficiently with customers at the forefront of everything they do. We will recommend to friends and family. Thank you again Lauren and everyone at white rose branch. Ps the food was delicious too :)
It was very busy on Friday night. We booked the table at 8pm. When we arrived there the staff said to us they don’t know when the table will be available because of previous customers are still having food. I was surprised how they said to us but they managed to give us a table after 5-10mins. The food was great! We even enjoyed the milkshake afterwards! Obviously great location!

James was our waiter during our visit was nothing but polite, he was very accommodating for our daughters needs, and has been as such n previous visits. He delivers his service in a friendly and polite manner.
The food & deserts were really nice! Maisie served us and she was amazing! Gave us really good recommendations of what to get! Would highly recommend, an asset to the team!
Absolute top class service from our server Samuel P. Filled up our drinks unprompted when empty, gave us free baby food and warmed it up for us, brought our 10 month old a balloon dog. Couldn't have asked for better service.
Absolutely nice and friendly staff, perfect service. Good food, cocktails and wine. Fajitas tasty, plate of grilled meat were nice apart of the steak. I asked for well done but served burnt a little bit (glaze mostly). Too hungry to complain so I emptied the plate :)

Was a bit sceptical about returning after a poor experience years ago but really glad we tried TGI again. Food seems expensive on the menu but portion size were amazing and good value for money.
Sam, our server was excellent from start to finish, really wish we could have rated him higher than a 5* as the service was top notch and made the meal a brilliant experience.
