I really enjoyed it, nice atmosphere and really good service. The food was excellent and came out really quick. My only gripe is the plates are a bit small so couldn't fit much of my rice on it but other than that top marks. I will definitely return when working in the area again.

Authentic Chinese food. Had a couple of very, very nice meals at Home Restaurant now, so definitely worth coming back to!

Probably one of the better Chinese restaurants in Leeds. Really recommend their Guo Bao Rou, La Zi Ji, Hong Shao Rou and Suan Cai Yu.

We went for lunch. The menu was initially a bit daunting with a lot of various different options. The spicy hot pot is lovely! Cash only, but there is a Tescos with a cash point just around the corner.

Quite authentic, extensive menu that includes all the non-meat parts of an animal that are commonly consumed in Chinese cuisine (and I simply avoid šŸ™‚). The prices are a bit of the upper side for a Chinese restaurant of its type/location (about 25pp), but it's probably worth it I'd say, nothing was bad, the salt and pepper wings and squid in black bean sauce tasted great, the noodle soup though a bit bland.

The best Chinese restaurant not just in Leeds but in the whole region. If you've tried real Chinese food before then you will know what I'm talking about. Also I have to mention our waitress. She's the most positive and caring waitress. I hope she sees this message.

The food is incredible here, however - The service does leave a little to be desired. Although they are incredibly polite, the waiting team are quite unattentive, and you may find yourself waiting a while for a member of staff to come over for assistance. That being said, this can surely be overlooked when it comes to the meal. The quality definitely speaks for itself. The size is incredible and you certainly get what you pay for. The taste cannot be faulted at all and leaves you feeling greatly satisfied. I do feel sympathetic to the waiting staff, the issues with service can be easily explained due to a possible minor language barrier or uncertainty in newer members of their team. Do not let this overshadow the fact that the food itself is absolutely beautiful. P.s - This was my first time trying Frog Legs, to my partners dismay. And I must say they go above and beyond expectations. They're amazing !

Came here for the all-you-can-eat hotpot and was not disappointed! Generous portions of a wide variety of standard hotpot food, and we especially loved the fried tofu. Only criticism is that we had limited access to dipping sauces, which you could only choose one-per-customer from a small-ish range. The soup bases were lovely and I would definitely recommend this place.

One of the great Chinese restaurants in Leeds! Took my mum for lunch on December 2022 and she loves all dishes (sheā€™s quite a picky eater) Highly recommended for anyone whoā€™s looking for authentic Chinese food! The service is very quick as well

Are you looking for actual authentic Chinese food? Not just claimed ā€œauthenticā€. The dishes you can get here cannot be obtained from any typical Chinese takeaways. They are the real deal, not your western sweet&sour rubbish. The food was absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned I must say, with a reasonable portion size for its prices. Although some parts of the menus are in Chinese so you might need to use google translate camera thing to translate. The seating arrangements are quite tightly packed but understandable due to its property restricted size. I highly recommend visiting here, as I and all my friends loves this place. It can get very busy so maybe visit outside of peak hours possible. They are cash only so donā€™t forget!

The food was very good and the hostesses were as expected, it's a Chinese restaurant- it's very typical here or in China, although we did spend longer waiting than eating (to be fair we did order fish so that would've taken longer). Definitely worth it!

very busy Chinese restaurant near Leeds University, loads of Chinese students come here and that sort of tell you something about the authenticity of this place One good thing about a busy restaurant is that you sort of expect the ingredients will be fresh and I think they use fresh ingredients food was alright the bossman was from Canton or Hong Kong which means they probably just copying northern dishes but it tastes alright staff are quite friendly once I left a tip would recommend if you are in Leeds one of the good restaurant that you can try, but you will probably get bored if you go too often and also warning the restaurant is very loud, you have been warned

Are you looking for authentic Chinese cuisine, Chinese Hot Pot or Dim Sum? Looking no further! This is one of our favourite Chinese restaurants in Leeds. Located near to the University and it can get very busy. They serve an extensive Chinese menu from traditional Chinese dishes to Dim Sum. Our favourite dishes are Pickled fish fillets and Kung Po chicken with peanuts. We also tried their XO stir-fried radish cake. All the dishes were fresh, hot and delicious. They were highly recommended. The restaurant is small with limited tables. Tables are arranged very close to each other. Ventilation is poorly in the restaurant. So, it may not be COVID safe. *** Reminder: CASH ONLY *** Donā€™t repeat our mistake where we have only Apple Pay and we couldnā€™t even withdraw cash at the ATMs.

I ordered food with 2 friends these bellows and all are full. Price is very affordable for students. I love the corn fed soup. Char siu and noodles are okay. I ate here more than 8++ times. So far itā€™s one of my favourite in Leeds for a skint asian student like me when I am too tired to cook. Highly recommend šŸ‘
