Good service, staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were a party of 15 and had the bottomless brunch. Rum punch kept flowing and prosecco glasses topped up regularly. The food was lovely! I had the curried goat and can’t wait to come back for it again. Only issue was the food timings, waited a while for the food and all came out at different times. For the price it is very good value for money.

Went yesterday with 5 friends to the rum & reggae afternoon unfortunately when we arrived they did not have our booking but they dealt with it very professionally and we had table. All the staff were Lovely and the Rum Punch kept flowing the food was brilliant really tasty despite 3 of our party waiting almost an hour after the others for food. Despite the couple of hiccups I highly recommend this little bar Food Tasty and large portions and all the staff friendly and helpfull.

Please read until the end. Staff exceeded expectations throughout our visit how ever the venue has a shocking lack of organisation! I booked for 6 o clock for 6 people and made a preorder. I had an email 40mins before arrival time saying that they were running late and that we should arrive at 6:15 also, the choice of vegetarian meal was not available so would we be okay with the alternative option. 40mins before arrival!! What is the point in a preorder?? The other meal had to be okay as a member of our party was a vegetarian and this was the only meal they had to offer her so she didn’t have a choice! We arrived at 6 and asked if the table was ready we were told to wait to be called, I went to the bar at 6:15 to ask about our table I was told by the bar staff that he didn’t know and that everyone was upstairs I asked if he could get a member of staff that did know what was going on... after some frantic running around we were seated at 6:25- I had been to the venue at 3 in the afternoon to drop off balloons and banners which I asked to be on the table when we arrived as a surprise as it was my mums birthday I was assured that this would be done, we arrived to an empty table! I spoke to a manager who said she didn’t know anything about it and that they would get them out now to which I replied “it’s a bit late now!” We set the table up ourselves! The manager did apologise and compensated us with an extra 45 mins sitting time and extra free shots. Food came out and one of the sides was wrong so we had to send back, they amended this quickly and the food was gorgeous! Although upon arriving it was an absolute shambles... our time there was in fact amazing, grace went above and beyond to make our night the best it could be after all the mistakes in the first instance. She is a credit to the business and seems to be the only person that knows what she is doing. The floor staff throughout the night were also amazing! This place is letdown by the sheer lack of organisation and communication between staff. This is not a bad review to put people off as we actually had a great time this is solely advice and critisism for the management team to sharpen up and bring this place to the full potential it can be.

Amazing food, great prices and really good atmosphere. Sometimes food and drink can take a little longer to come if the place is busy however it is definitely worth the wait so be patient. :) A regular for me now

What started out poorly ended well. Delicious food, good rum punch and the manager was overwhelmingly accommodating. Difficult if you are disabled, as restaurant upstairs and bathroom is downstairs but was an ultimately pleasurable experience.
