Went here for fish and chips take out. The fish itself was fantastic. Light tasting, well made cod. Generally coming from Canada I don’t like cod but there is something that the British do that makes it taste so much better.
The downfall is the greasy, oily chips. I must admit that’s something left to be desired and didn’t eat it all. I didn’t take a photo like I normally do.
Experience was good. I’d recommend. The ratings average is pretty accurate at 4.
All the staff at Tyre Maintenance ltd Leeds decided on an unplanned fish and chip lunch.
As we are all unfamiliar with the area we opted to try Graveleys on Elland Road and we were treated to first class service and food.
The staff were friendly, polite and willing to help.
The standard of the fish was excellent and good value for money.
Good quick service, lovely fish and chips.
A must after a visit to Elland Road. Great fish and chips

Best fish and chips that we have had in a long long time!! Called today and actually came through to Leeds purposely to try the fish and chips from here as we had heard that they were good and we've been to a lot of fish shops over the past few years, including the bigger chains and been very disappointed with the quality, especially for the price some of them charge. Both my husband and myself had fish and chips each and we bought a carton of gravy that we shared as there was enough for both of us. The quality of the food was fantastic and its been a long time since I ate as much of the meal as I did on this occasion. Its a bit of a distance for us to come here from where we live near Barnsley but it's well worth the travel and we'll definitely be visiting again and will also recommend to anybody, the only slight downside is the parking, we had to circle 3 times before we managed to get a space and because it's located opposite the Leeds United stadium I personally would give match day a miss as I imagine it would be extremely busy.
Great for a pre match fuel up, chips and curry sauce won't do you wrong. Didn't have the fish but it looked good, it's a little pricey but pretty typical for a match day bite so close to a stadium, would definitely go again
Beautiful fish and chips, no
Best haddock and chips in Leeds, opposite elland rd stadium. Up to 40 minute queueing on match day but wort it
Visiting Elland Road then this place is a must !!
Excellent fish and chips , great service and very friendly staff!! Would highly recommend!!!
Best chip shop ever
We have been traveling to this chippy for about 6 - 7 years now.
We live in Northamptonshire.... That's how good the fish and chips are. The staff are exceptionally helpful even with informing us about areas too and not to purchase in that area.
Parking is easy everything is clean 10%10 perfection
Pretty unassuming shop in what would normally be a captive football area so wasn’t expecting much if I’m honest. However was really blown away by the fish itself. Wasn’t the biggest portion but some places blind you with quantity over quality and this wasn’t the case here. Decent size, good price and absolutely delicious. Will happily make a detour to return.
Friendly efficient service, great chips, love the fish and sausage. They have Heinz ketchup and mayo in the new twist off packets (more sauce less mess, very handy). Nice gravy too
Great pirtion sizes. Lovely pie, chips, peas and gravey but the fish often ends up being made up of too much batter.
Every visit to Leeds I have to call here and order the Fish and Chips. Im not really a person who enjoys chips, but here they are just right and some of the nicest I have tasted. The staff are polite and friendly too. I always recommend this place to my friends
Really good. We’ve been a few times after the Leeds games, the Q goes down really quick and the food is great. I’ve always had chips and curry sauce and it’s really nice. It’s an all round great fish and chips shop
