At Wagamama White Rose, the food was delicious, boasting vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients. However, the wait time was notably long, which detracted from the overall experience. Despite the delay, the attentive staff and inviting atmosphere helped alleviate some of the frustration. The menu offered a diverse selection of Asian-inspired dishes, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. Prices were reasonable considering the portion sizes and quality of the food. Overall, while the wait was a downside, the culinary experience was still enjoyable, making it worth a visit for those with patience.

First time I've been to this restaurant chain and was very pleasantly surprised. I love the food, it was different and tasty, so much choice. See photos. I like how they brought the dishes out when ready, as we were sharing a few starters, it was ideal.I will definitely be back.

We were served by Dom 5 star service. Pleasant server. Lots of visible cobwebs above tables, strung from hanging lights. Walls were visibly dusty. Needs a deep clean on areas you don't necessarily see. Tables very clean, floors very clean. Just the attention to detail on the overall look

Good COVID measure in place and got our food pretty quick, even with shortage of staff. Loved the varying menu (vegan, vegetarian and meat dishes). Price seems to be going up though. Which has definitely affected the frequency of our visit to this restaurant.

Incredible service by Olga, very attentive. Food came out really quickly (and we went on a saturday peak time) and soo much flavour to it. Will defiantly be coming again 😊

Went for dinner at around 5.30, there was a bit of a wait to be seated, I think the girls in front of us were waiting in the wrong place as I didn't see any signage for where to wait to be seated. Once seated the children's menu and crayons were brought very quickly which any parent appreciates and we were able to order drinks as soon as the last member of our party had sat down. Our daughters have some dietary requirements and these were noted with great care, we have an allergy to tomato which wagamama do not track as one of their 14 allergens so that might be something to consider going forward. We were served by Emily S. She was friendly, helpful and attentive and seemed genuinely pleased to help us with our queries - great service! We have been to Wagamama's before so we are used to the meals coming out when they are ready, unfortunately this meant our youngest daughter's meal came out last which made her a bit upset, perhaps marking children's meals as priority might help this without changing the model, as adults tend to have more patience. I had the Beef Brisket Tantanmen which was probably the only let down. The ramen tasted rather artifical as though it was from a 2 minute noodles pack and the serving of the beef brisket was very small, about 1.5 tablespoons of finely shredded beef which seemed like only a couple of mouthfuls, I found myself looking at my daughter's child's meal with envy as she had a whole sliced chicken breast. My wife and children's meals were very good and they had no complaints.

Had a couple of gift cards. Had help from Jaz to set them up. He explained menu due to intolerance to spice food. Order starters and ramen dishes. Quick service friendly, customer service excellent. Delicious meals. Reasonably priced. Thank you Jaz and Laurence for looking after us. Will definitely be back in near future.

Food was really good, amazing service from our waitress Maddie, really attentive and friendly. Good selection of vegan options too.
