We had a fabulous lunch here at Gino’s. We’ve been a few times before for coffee and light lunch and the service is always great. We were greeted by the friendly front of house staff. Ylenia took our drinks order and then returned for our food choices. We really enjoyed the food as it was freshly made and tasted delicious. The bread came with a pesto dip which was yummy! Really enjoyed the aubergine parmigiana! The desserts were also delicious. All in all, a very enjoyable experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive!! A special mention to Ylenia who was excellent!!! Until next time…!!

Incredible food and fantastic service in a great setting. Even without a reservation we were welcomed and seated quickly on a Saturday lunch time. Highly recommended

Very nice starter which was the fantastico sharing board, (shown in the pictures) with the focaccia, bread etc. Ample enough for 3-4 people to pick at, pretty solid. Really nice duck for the main which was in a cherry jous, along with the lamb cutlets which my partner enjoyed but thought they were slightly tough in parts but very nice sauce. On the order was also a Lobster Linguine, this was probably the dish that brought the standard down a little, it was a bit bland and there wasn't much lobster in the dish to be honest. Seemed like the accountants are preparing this one potentially. Eylenia was serving us, she was very attentive and friendly. Excellent service and seemed to be the stronger member in the team. All in all, it's hitting most of the right notes at Ginos with a few exceptions, some dishes might be slightly above market rate for the standard, but I guess your paying a bit extra for the Gino brand. I hate doing 5 star ratings, so what's it out of 10? 7.2 - It's good overall, great sharing boards, pretty solid mains, great sides, disappointed on the pasta dish we had and seen other reviewers not so keen on the pasta offerings so maybe room for improvement here when that's such a key area on an Italian menu. (Bonus material) The other detractor which I haven't factored in to the review is it's bolted on to a next and feels a little random, that might be a benefit though if you fancy picking up a diffuser after you've had a calzone.

This is one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been too. It’s in the centre of Leeds so easy to access by foot or by bus. There’s plenty of car parks nearby too. The food and drinks are excellent. I had a tomato pasta dish which was delicious. I recommend the tiramisu for dessert. The prices were really reasonable too. It’s a great place to visit to celebrate a special occasion or just as a treat.

We called in here, after having a game of "crazy golf". It was really busy when we got there, but thankfully there was a table free for us. From walking through the door to leaving, the staff were great, really friendly & really helpful. The food was absolutely gorgeous. We had the sharing starter (pictured), then I had the Chicken Skewers (so tender) & my husband had the sword fish steak. We couldn't fault a thing. We will definitely be back & recommended this place .... you will love it 😋

Very nice, had three courses, meal sizes are perfect for me, if you have a big appetite you'll definitely need sides and extras. Staff good, pleasant and attentive, decor lovely, felt nice and relaxing would recommend for a treat.

We sat outside due to Covid restrictions in the rear outdoor area which is lovely. Great service. Expensive but nice.

Brilliant service, brilliant food and love the outside seating area. This is the second of Ginos restraunts I have visited and the standards are the same, fantastic.

Popped in for lunch on my own. Had a lovely meal, glass of wine and the amazing chocolate and hazelnut cheesecake. The only reason I've taken one star off is that only when I went to order was I told what wasn't available - which happened to be my favourite sausage fettuccine- gutted.

Great modern restaurant with an open kitchen where you can see wood fired oven for the pizzas being made, good menu and the pizzas were very good, some of the most authentic I've had in this country. Staff very attentive and friendly and quick service even as it filled up over lunch.
