A proper pub with a well kept seller and great food to top it all off. Some of the friendly and welcoming staff I have experienced in years. They were helpful when providing an aligens menu with plenty to choose from.

Lovely impromptu lunch out with a friend.
Very quiet but staff were friendly, and efficient.
Really enjoyed the Gammon lunch and my friend had a small scampi which she enjoyed too.

Lovely all round and food hot and tasty perfect for are family get togethers and very attractive waiting staff really pleasant and helpful. No complaints at all just more options for vegetarian would be nice.
This was the third pub we tried in Rodley looking for one that served food. Pie and peas for £4.50, was good value and the service was friendly and efficient.

Food was good and kids portions were huge. Great fish and chips (kids). We visited mid week early afternoon and was very quiet. Nice play area for kid's and good beer selection
The Owl pub in Rodley is on the corner of Bagley lane across from the barge pub the 60 , 60a , 16 and number 9 buses go past .
Great food , large portions, good service, friendly staff . They have free pool and a darts board , sky TV for football , rugby , news ect + quiz nights , open mike night on Sundays .The dining area is large and echoes but could benefit more if it were cosyer. They have a smaller eating area where they can cater for all kinds of buffet's . Other than that a great place to go.
