Reviews Handmade Burger Co Leeds Trinity

A little digging online and I soon found out that the Handmade Burger Company had opened up a Manchester chain on Deansgate so I thought it worth a visit to the established Leeds restaurant to see if it was a new star or a wet lettuce. The restaurant is very modern and inviting from the outside and there was no queue either.  Seeing as my friend and I were in a rush this encouraged us to eat here and we were swiftly shown to our table.

Made a visit to Leeds Trinity with a friend on a Sunday and stopped by this place. Service was excellent and timely with water provided free of charge. You do pay a premium price for not quite premium quality burgers, with chips having to be ordered separately. However the burgers are fresh and hand pressed. There was plenty of seating available and a nice, cozy atmosphere in which to hang around. Not the best burger I've ever had but a decent place with lovely and friendly staff.

Lovely quite atmosphere during lunch hour. Staff are really friendly and the can cook halal chicken & beef upon request. We ordered the Mexican Burger and Peri-Peri Burger with cheesy fries. Burgers are pricey at £9.95'ish each and don't come with a side or drink. But are very filling. Paid parking is available around trinity. (Pricey)

Came here for lunch last week, and had a lovely meal. The food took just under 10 minutes to arrive and both my friend and I had the smaller burgers but we were still full from our portions. I was happy with the sides and the burger patties themselves. However, the bun which the burgers came in were very cheap and similar to that from supermarkets. They also arrived somewhat soggy due to the heat of the burgers. Overall happy with the food and prices. Just wish the bun was a similar quality to the burger patties.

This was my very first time I ate in Leeds and it was a brilliant choice. The staff is kind, the atmosphere is great and the burger was delicious. You get a lot for what you pay. I can honestly recommend the peanut butter and bacon burger :)

There is a wide choice of veg burgers, and the one I chose was delicious! Sides are great as well. Good quality for the price. Location is nice, inside a beautiful shopping centre.

Fast service, the Burger tasted great (as far as I'm aware the chicken is halal not any of the other meats ) Paid about £10 For a burger chips and a drink

Burgers were gorgeous and staff very professional and attentive. Is fairly pricey, as sides are extra. Wouldn't eat here regularly because of that, but nice for a special treat. Had to wait a while for a table, but that's probably a good sign that the wait is worth it, and food-wise we weren't disappointed. Was just short of £50 for 3 adults, each having a burger, side and drink, so as I said earlier, not extortionate, but not cheap enough to eat regularly.

Nice burgers with enough vegan options. I would recommend this place if you are simply hungry for a quick meal. The burgers are clearly marked on the menu for allergies and dietary requirements. The place is located in Trinity mall so there's more than enough around to keep you entertained. All in all quality is good veggies are fresh and the buns are like they should. Have a bite here and shout if you like it!

Been here several times since moving to Leeds earlier this year. The staff are very efficient and really friendly, couldn't ask for more from them really. The food is good, if you've been to a Handmade Burger Co. before then you know what you're getting. For me personally they're nice burgers, but not amazing and considering that this is their main focus I would expect to be really impressed. Still, I enjoy coming here and will visit again.

Great food, plenty of it, only criticism was the range of beers on the menu. The burgers were excellent, fries home made and plentiful. Value for money 10/10. Staff excellent, food came quickly even though it was extremely busy. Certainly go again.

Fantastic burgers intrinsically amazing customer service, we would give 100 stars if we could. Amy was an excellent waitress, very polite, friendly and welcoming. Very fair prices with 25% student discount!!!! The food is incredible, the burgers are juicy and freshly made. Due to the excellent nature of the dessert I highly recommend it (brownie waffle sundae).

My sisters and I visited before a gig in Leeds last week. One of my sisters needs gluten free and we knew that this restaurant had a good menu for her. We all had an excellent meal having all chosen different options and sides and there was so much we were unable to finish it all , great value for money. The service was friendly and although they were busy the staff didn't rush us and the food arrived in good time

The best place to have a super decent burger! Food is so delicious, portions are big, fries are amazing, and most importantly; the patties are thick slices of heaven! To top it all, the waitresses are absolutely angelic! So respectful and gorgeous! In summary, this is a top notch restaurant!

Absolutely amazing meal. Myself and the other half went for a late meal last night, the burgers were INCREDIBLE (five guys has nothing on you..) and the service was absolutely second to none. I literally cant put into words how welcoming and lovely Amy & Beth were, absolute credit to the restaurant! Came out with a belly full of good food, a smile and two new friends. Couldn't reccomend more!!

Delicious vegan burgers at affordable price. The only minus is that there are only 4 seats inside so it's more of a take away but when the weather is nice you can just sit outside. Definitely worth it if you are hungry and in the area.
