Came for brunch and had some very fulfilling dishes😍😍.

We had their Buttermilk pancakes with cream, berry compote, bacon and a side of scrambled eggs 🥞🍇🍓🥓. We also had their Eggs Florentine with bacon or (Eggs benedict)🍳🍞🥓. Their Madagascar 80%dark hot chocolate and coffee were brilliant too!

This honey cake originated in Germany in the Middle Ages, and became a staple of the Jewish kitchen, finding a place as the traditional cake of Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. It symbolises a hope for a sweet and fruitful new year. Many dismiss honey cake as one of those traditional staples that simply has to be made and served, regardless of the fact that nobody actually likes it, which reminds me of Christmas pudding. Does anybody really like Christmas pudding?

From absolutely nothing a few years ago, Leeds is now littered with top-rate independent coffee shops. The latest one is Mrs Atha’s a quirky little place on that odd, desolate feeling pedestrianised road behind House of Fraser. They’re springing up all over the place, these indies, to such an extent that it’s possible to say that if you still buy coffee from Starbucks, Cafe Nero or – God forbid – Costa Coffee, you should be run out of town.

I've visited Mrs Atha's before now, it was last year.... There is no pretencion it's just a nice place to be. Mrs Atha's serves an all day breakfast and also lunch type foods....On this day R and I were visiting for a spot of lunch to fuel us for an afternoon of shopping. R decided to go for a sausage sandwich from the all day breakfast menu - served in wholegrain bread with grilled sausages. I went for the pulled pork sandwich (fad alert!) served in ciabatta with crisps and homemade coleslaw. The pulled pork was marinated in a BBQ sauce which had seeped through nicely in to the ciabatta. A good bread to chose for such as sandwich as you don't want it disintegrating in your hands as you eat...

Great place, very chill and service is top tier. The guys are very attentive and accommodating. Space is limited but not uncomfortably so. Eggs Benedict were some of the best I've seen, and the taste was almost perfect, though I'd have preferred fried tomatoes as a topping as fresh out the fridge made the food too cold. Coffee was delicious, id asked for vanilla syrup which wasn't available, but was promised that the blend had a sweet kick to it anyway - it absolutely did g and I've never tasted coffee like it before, which was great.

The shop has a very nice hipster vibe with all the jazz. Its interior is authentic. The brewing equipment looks amazing and all the guys clearly knows what a good coffee is. We have visited as a group and had many coffees and types of coffees. I had a latte that was very delicious, you definitely don’t need sugar in it. The cakes and food looked yummy too, but haven’t tried it. The toilets look cool. You need to find a parking lot close by as the place hasn’t got its own parking.

We enjoyed this place. I had corned beef hash, extra sausage and my wife had scrambled egg, spinach and bacon. Food and service great.

Had a long awaited lunch stop at Mrs Atha’s after many a recommendation and am glad we finally visited!! Service was outstanding and the coffee and food were both delicious. Up there with the best veggie sausage sandwich I’ve had, pic doesn’t do it justice, would recommend !! Looking forward to returning and trying some of the sweet treats next time !!

Solid coffee shop , although can get very busy , the cakes are excellent having had the banoffee pie slice which is a must try , on the day of our visit the shop was very busy tho and could do with more seating as we had to share with another table. The coffee is also good just not to my taste with the mocha not been quite as chocolatey as I would like 4/5

Always have fantastic food here - love the pancakes. Super friendly staff and great coffee. Can get very busy at times and not tons of seats, so can be a bit of a wait - but worth it ☺️

Lovely little café in Leeds City Centre. The food is great and the coffee sublime. The staff are lovely too, so as experiences go, it doesn't get much better!

This place is so welcoming and warm. The staff is very nice and they really treasure quality at a very good price. I appreciated that they gave us the info cards of the coffee we had. Their chocolate fudge cake is godlike. I recommend this place to any specialty coffee nerd.

Fabulous place with amazing food and coffee. Service was brilliant, even checking in on us as we were sat outside and asked if we wanted to move inside. We didn't sample the cakes as the lunch was very filling but we'll go back another time to try those! Thanks it was great 👍
