The service and food in this beautiful restaurant was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this superb place to anyone looking for a quality Italian meal. The black toilets with gold sparkle were well worth a trip too!
A fantastic find in Leeds where me and my partner are not use to going to.
The food was fab, wine lovely, service great.
I was worried with a large food menu that it wouldn’t be good, but I was so wrong.
Thoroughly enjoyed.
Had a rare steak and it was what I asked for, it was rare (which I love). Had scollops starter and was beautiful.
If I had to nit pick (if I was forced to) in a quiet Sunday evening restaurant that wasn’t so full we where seated near where the cutlery was refilled and glasses cleaned etc so was a tad noisy.
But that is it, it didn’t ruin our experience and would recommend to anyone.
It isn’t cheap but you get what you pay for & I think it was worth it.
Will be going back soon.

Had a lovely relaxing lunch on a very rainy second May Bank holiday. The food was beautiful and the pasta dish was possibly the best prawn pasta I have ever tasted. Good service, nice staff. They add 10% to the bill for service charge. This actually doesn't go to the staff. ( I asked a member of staff if they got the tip, and she wouldn't comment, which obviously means no) I asked for it to be taken off the bill, and gave the waiting staff a 10% tip.
This is our Favourite Restaurant in Leeds, and have visited this Beautiful Restaurant many many times..

Went here last night for our wedding anniversary. Always wanted to try the restaurant and it definitely didn't disappoint. The food, drinks, service and staff were all amazing. Very attentive staff. Will definitely be visiting here again very soon.
Quiet but it was a Sunday,however, good atmosphere created by the staff. Food was excellent and plentiful. My wife had a tuna dish with spinach,daughter had rack of lamb and I had a veal cutlet. All were well prepared and delicious.
We'll be back!

Called in here with no reservation for an early dinner on a Sunday evening when other restaurants were closed and had a fantastic meal. Service was very good too. Yes they do add a service charge to the bill. But the service was great so had no issue with this at all?

Oh my god absolutely amazing and especially when I found the cocktail with Hennessy and Wray and nephew food was awesome definitely worth the money. Staff are fast and polite I eat out a lot but this is definitely in my top 5 places

The food and drink was perfect! I had spaghetti 🍝 fruitti de mare and drink 🍹 blood orange Paloma. The spaghetti was filled with clams, mussels and prawns 🍤. It was delicious 🤤. Customer service was top notch. The price is worth it. I made a reservation prior to going, I feel you’d be admitted without reservation so far they have space.
I'd like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Camelo and his entire team. Their warm welcome and friendliness magnified the delightful atmosphere. The cuisine was superb, each dish cooked to absolute perfection, truly captivating our taste buds. They went above and beyond in making our daughter's first birthday an exceptionally memorable occasion for us. The pricing is incredibly reasonable, considering the splendid quality of food and stellar service rendered.

San Carlo's still got it!
San Carlo Manchester has always been known for it's ability to attract the who's who of the city crowd. With it's busy bistro ambience and wine being a fantastic draw. But the food often failing to draw the same praise.
After our recent trip to the Leeds location, I can tell you that the food is far from an afterthought!
We were greeted by the Capocameriere and shown the a lovely corner table. A fantastic choice as a young couple with a lucky last minute reservation. Much obliged sir!
The ambiance was fantastic, the waitstaff maintain a balance that only the truly exceptionally coordinated can. Never within ear shot and always just an inclination away from taking a drinks order. Truly, the team is exceptional.
That said, the highlight of the evening is the food. My god, the scallops were cooked perfectly. The Frutti Di Mare was a personal highlight. But honestly everything was flawless.
Our intention wasn't to order seafood exclusively. But when it's done with such practice. The rustic ingredients turned to art under the eyes of a master craftsman. We were both truly glad we did.
Our compliments and gratitude to the team. Go see them for yourselves! We will most certainly be back.
Living in north Leeds, I’ve only ever gone to the street lane branch but today I visited the city centre restaurant. I don’t normally leave reviews but the service was so good that I felt compelled too.
It was so lovely and refreshing to have such good service by all the staff from the moment I entered until we left.
The staff was great, helpful and friendly and service was amazing with the food being perfect.
The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent. Will be going back. Thank you. Add 1 Funghi piemontes 2 Risotto san carlo 3 Ice cream and Breakfast Tea I love it all. Will go back again soon.
Very nice meal and wine before a Gig at the O2 Especially good serveuse and very good fresh food A must visit in Leeds. Will return next time
This place is certainly a must if you are looking for perfectly authentic, tasty Italian food with a lively atmosphere and glamorous surroundings.The service and wait time was satisfactory, although there were a few dishes on the menu that weren't available, but I'm not sure if that was due to our late booking(8.30pm). The staff were friendly and attentive considering how busy it was. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I'll definitely be visiting again.
