What a top venue great food great atmosphere great music very cool vibe and excellent staff what more can I say give it a go you won’t be disappointed
Try the pork scratchings for a nibble there great
I highly recommend the pork dumplings as a starter as well
The mains are are excellent
Finish it off with something different try a Roybos tea

Thank you to all the staff for helping my Husband organise my suprise party on Friday.. especially Hollie who took care of every detail, nothing was too much trouble for her.. All the guests said how much they enjoyed the food too. Thank you for a night I wont ever forget. Would highly recommend for a private party �

Yesterday was the first time I have sat down & dined in the Alchemist. I was out for a friend's birthday & thought I would need a second mortgage but the food was amazing quality & was incredibly reasonable in price. I can recommend Chicken Katsu & the best sticky toffee pudding I have ever had & it only came to £18. The staff were so accommodating & friendly, table water is free & instantly topped up as soon as you finish a bottle. I don't drink alcohol & even when my friends ordered cocktails there were plenty of mocktails for me to choose from (about 6). I have tended to go to the Trinity Alchemist in the past but after yesterday I prefer the Greek Street one, as it is much more spacious & not as hectic so you can enjoy a quiet time out whilst dining or sit at the more lively side of the bar area. Very impressed. I will be back!

My boyfriend and I came to the Alchemist for the first time last night, we had an excellent time and our waitress Katie was brilliant! She was lovely and really helpful and helped us pick the best drinks which we were very impressed with! We can’t wait to come back for more cocktails, thank you Katie x

Well.......it was a wet cold friday evening walking through the dreary streets of Leeds I stumbled upon this bar by luck.
My nephews 20th birthday I said I will treat you to some cocktails.
The bar was extremely quiet and dead. However it was a really great night as the staff were happy and made it good fun.
I worked my way through the menu and I think we tried around 80percent of the cocktails.
In my personal opinion the popsicle ones Tasted soapy and I really didn't like them.
The fun ones were TNT and Mad hatters.
The one I enjoyed the taste of the mist was jaffa cake. It comes with a warning don't bite the edible cup until completely empty (I had about and inch left and thought it will be fine if I nibble the top... but it split all the way done and leaked over my leg)
All in all this was the better franchised cocktail bars I have been in....
Didn't have any food so that is why I haven't given it a rating. Drinks however were lovely! Very good service from all of the staff, felt very welcomed. Only issue I had was with the volume of the music, even in the restaurant section I had to shout to hear my friend who was next to me and we both left with our ears ringing - it was a Saturday night though to be fair!
Went on a tuesday evening, it was quiet but a lovely atmosphere, the Manager tended to us straight away and we got our cocktails in no time. The Hard Peach Iced Tea is a must have. Delicious!
Greatest meal out we have ever been to. We came for a little date day to leeds looking for somewhere a little more special to celebrate being child free for a day! We visited this restaurant and from start to finish were so impressed. The host (brown haired lady, yellow skirt) was so lovely and happy. Showed us to our seat promptly with no problem even though we had no booking. For first timers, we found the drinks menu had so much variety and were a little unsure on what to order. Imad our waiter was so friendly and had a very happy aura. He was more than happy to help recommend things we may enjoy. The food was so amazing. I’ve never had anything like it. Cannot recommend enough the duck salad. So flavorful and quick too! We will definitely return here. Money well spent. It’s nice to see happy and helpful staff. It really makes the experience.
What a great experience. The food was very well presented, great thought around texture and flavours and the drinks were more theatre than quantity. But all in all it was a good afternoon. Not cheap, £107 for 4 of us and I wasn't drinking (driving), but not expensive for the experience and theatrics.
One of my favourite bars in Leeds, drinks are incredible, never once have I been disappointed here. I took friends from down south here after a year of hyping it up, and they both loved the Alchemist. An absolute key piece to a good night out in Leeds.
Couple of pre dinner drinks, fairly quiet although it was a Tuesday night.
Brilliant place. Staff were friendly. Very busy at the bar leading to increased waiting times. But nothing major. Usual prices for similar places. Good location easy to find.
The food was lovely (I had a cheese burger) but it was a tad on the pricey side. We ordered lots of different cocktails and they all looked really cool- with smoke, colour changing ones, bubbling ones and ones served in interesting glasses. I ordered a drink and it tasted horrendous, I couldn't drink it. I can't remember what it was called though. But it had pineapple and banana and smoke in it.
However the woo lagoon is a lovely drink and the most others are good. I know this as I have been to many other alchemists- most in London.
Also the interior itself looked lovely and I felt very welcomed and looked after by our waitress.
I hadn’t been to this Alchemist before but safe to say they blew my expectations. The food and drinks were great as usual but what really made this place were the staff. Both the waiter and waitress we had were so attentive to our party’s needs and were incredibly polite and patient - truly excellent customer service. They turned a simple meal out with my family into an incredible experience and we all left smiling. The cherry on top was the theatrical birthday dessert I got at the end which was a very sweet touch. I highly recommend this place for the food and the staff going above and beyond
10* What a amazing place! We choose this place to celebrate my Fiancè birthday - and oh my, what a wonderful celebration we had, stuff made it so special - the best stuff you can find! Cocktails and food were the finest! Looking for an adventure and memories - that's the place to go to! Thank you, you are our favorite place ever!
It was a nice place for a meal with friends but it was a lot louder than I expected so you did find yourself raising your voice to have a conversation with people at the same table. The cocktails are lovely and the food was really nice (I'm sure my steak was blue instead of rare but it was still delicious). I don't think I would be a regular but I'm definitely not ruling out going back.

Wow! First time trying this place and was NOT disappointed! The food was amazing, the cocktails were ridiculously inventive and amazing, I think I have found my new favourite place, seen a lot of comment saying it's pricey, I think you get what you pay for tbh, we have 3 cocktails, a glass of wine, 2 starters, 2 mains and 1 desert and came to around £80 which is not bad at all! Thanks for an amazing experience
