The White Swan - Leeds - Photo album

Had steak an ale pie - it was delicious, just a tad overdone on the top pastry. The chips and vegetables were also very tasty, but the swede was unfortunately rock hard. Food was reasonably priced and was served within good time. 2 large glasses of red wine cost over £17 which I thought was hideo
We weren't looking for this pub, we sort of found it by accident. What a lucky find, we were cold and needed somewhere to warm up. This pub is lovely and comfortable, with nooks and crannies in which to sit and chat over a drink. There is a very good selection of beers, cocktails and other drinks a
We had the Christmas buffet menu before we went to see the Rock n Roll Panto at City Varieties. It was the perfect start to the night. The food was great, the service was brilliant, they catered for our intolerances and provided Christmas crackers. Everyone loved it. Thank you The White Swan!
Good hospitality, nice and friendly atmosphere. The meal was good
Had steak an ale pie, rump steak and gammon- meals were delicious, mash and vegetables were great, fresh and tasty. Food was reasonably priced and was served within good time. As previous reviewer, 2 large glasses of rose wine cost over £17 which we thought was expensive, but apparently that's just
Good atmosphere, great food, great service. Will definitely go again should I be in Leeds. (The disabled bathroom needs a deep clean or refurb, definitely needs a mirror.)

Long time since going in here - Popped in for a pre-show drink and decided to have some food as it looked good coming out!! - wasn't disappointed at all with the decision - hadn't booked and staff were great, helpful, good service, checked back twice, food very good for what is a city centre 'boozer
We expected usual pub food but were impressed with the presentation and the fact that the dishes were full of flavour and colour. We're also chuffed to see Yorkshire produce on the menu, highlighting the fact that they support local businesses and that the ingridients on our plate didn't travel far
Visited for the first time in a few years, and it's still a pleasant pub. It was very quiet considering it was a Friday night, although this was a good thing for us on this particular occasion as we didn't fancy going somewhere super busy where we couldn't hear each other! The clientele were mostly
Lovely place. Food and beer were good. The staff and service were superb
