1st visit to Archie's and it won't be my last. Meal was excellent. Service prompt but not pushy. Staff were from the very good end of the scale. Atmosphere relaxed. Space good. Will be trying the breakfast upon my next visit to Leeds.

Nice bar situated on Granary Wharf. Visited for lunch and try the food from BaoBros. Great selection of beers available at the bar as well as a good menu of other drinks. Food was beautifully presented and tasted fantastic. Tried the pork belly, chicken and fish options with salt and pepper loaded fries. All stunning would definitely visit again.

So we stumbled on this bar/kitchen when we went to Leeds and from as soon as we stepped foot into Archies we felt very welcome. It was clean and the staff were so friendly, they had an amazing range of drinks to offer which made us very happy. We sat down at a table which was very comfortable and had a look at their food menu and ordered which turned out to be some of the best loaded chips and wings we've EVER had. The food came quick and the price to say it's 5 minutes walk from the train station was below what they should be charging people in my opinion. We are already arranging to take all our friends there due to it being that good.

Bao Bros has recently opened in Leeds city centre, located within Archie's at Granary Wharf. With two sections available, you won't be in close proximity to the bar. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. Every dish is bursting with flavour! Drinks were non alcoholic and were amazing. • Kyoto Cluck-Cluck Bao - 10/10 • Tsunami Fish Fry Bao - 9/10 • Halloumi Umami Bao - 9/10 • Loaded Salt & Pepper - 10/10 • Katsu Curry Halloumi - 9/10 • Dutty Loaded - 10/10 • Lobster Bao Dog - 10/10 • Black Bean Kung Fu Bao Dog - 8/10 • Franks Hot Sauce Wings - 9/10 • Salt & Pepper Wings - 10/10 • Spicy Korean BBQ Wings - 9/10 The Lobster Bao dog was incredibly delicious; we've never had something like it. It was so tasteful. Our favourite has to be the Kyoto Cluck-Cluck Bao. The chicken and brisket are halal, and although pork is also on the menu, the establishment uses three separate fryers to ensure the frying of pork is separate. The best part is that you have a beautiful view! After your meal, you can take a walk along the picturesque waterside setting of Granary Wharf.

This has been my after work pub of choice for the last couple of years. The pizza is always absolutely spot on and there's a great range of Salt Beers too. Lots of TVs for live sport downstairs and the outside seating is perfect for a post work beer on a sunny day.

As an Italian, I found the pizza here better than many 'italian' restaurants/pizzerias around the UK. Wood fired oven, non chewy dough and fantastic combo of toppings on the menù. Service was great, the guys were kind and caring. The atmosphere is special too, with old school classics in the background and the rumble of passing trains (every now and then) above your head.

Food from baobros was amazing with a good selection and great flavours. The lobster bao dog was the star of the show. There was a good selection of spirits and beers on tap and the prices were reasonable. My only possible criticism would be that 8:45 feels a little early for the kitchen to close on a Friday night but otherwise it was great. Lovely team, no waiting at the bar and the table we booked was lovely. We will be back!

We called in without a booking for lunch on a Thursday, saw they did a deal 9 inch pizza and chips for £7. No problem with seating. £35 for 3 of us, but that includes us needing to buy drinks separately from the deal, really nice food, good staff. Highly recommended for a nice treat.

Came in for work lunch. Hadn't booked a table and at first they turned us down (party of 8), but there was a couple on a big table that they asked to move (bit awkward but appreciated it). Ordered the pits burger on the Friday burger deal and some hot wings to share. Food was absolutely ace. Service wasn't the fastest but it was busy and there were about 8 of us so not bad. Would lunch again.

Lovely place. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious. The kid's menu is quite good and the portions of mac and cheese were quite big! I have not seen such a generous portion for kids anywhere. Ordered the halloumi salad with caramelised onions and rocket - it was divine. Others in the party ordered the 'what the cluck' burger and the veg burger. Both were very tasty. Will definitely visit again.

We came here in the early evening with family. The food was out of this world, so much dedication when making it. The chef came to our table and explained what was in everything we had ordered, to go out of his way to do this, which added to our great experience. Something to be proud of. We will be back!

Visited on a Friday night for dinner. The pizzas tasted amazing and the staff were really kind, we had a very good time there. There are two floors so it's pretty spacious. The atmosphere is good and it has many screens for football games.

Heck. Another great bar 'Oop North' I can review. Or another great bar 'Oop North' I can review AGAIN more like. (Since I have been before.) Not sure why, however it seems attracting attention to my stuff in 2023 is pretty damn difficult so far. No matter HOW good the pizza is here 😁

Attended a small, daytime party here. Buffet was absolutely delicious! Vegan options for those that wanted it. Parking is a treat, being so close. Will definitely return!

We stopped by today after a four hour canal walk, and Archie's was just what we needed for late Sunday lunch. The outside doesn't do it justice, the interior is quirky but not overdone, theres a really nice mix of styles and just an all round good atmosphere. We sat in a window seat and someone came to take our drinks order in a few minutes. We needed at least ten more to choose from the menu; I was so so pleased to see so many gluten free options and closely labelled dietary dishes. We evebtually settled on salads, burger, a gluten free pizza, nachos. The food was amazing quality and very well priced. We did feel that the large salads, at double the price of regular, weren't good value/fair portion sizes. We passed that feedback to the staff who unexpectedly charged us for the regular size over the large. I cant wait to go back here, I will be adding some different items to the next order for sure.
