Some aspects of the food let it down the burger and pie excellent, veg and chips poor with the pie but still good staff excellent the star of our visit is the pub wow
We've been absolutely spoiled tonight. The food is outrageously good, not a single thing let it down across 4 meals. Even the side veg was made flavoursome. Lovely staff too. We'll definitely be back! Thanks.
Lovely old pub. Great selection of food. I had the Sunday roast, and I have to say the roast taters were exceptional! Definitely recommended. The place also has a cool history and is really, really old. There's even a priest hole from the 15th century
The Bingley Arms (905AD) is a public house in Bardsey, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. It claims to be both the oldest surviving business and one of the oldest surviving pubs in the United Kingdom. The staff are wonderful, cheery and helpful. The Real Ale was tasty and in good condition. The pub its
I recently visited and had the best experience & meal! I’ve got a long list of dietary restrictions & came expecting to enjoy a glass of wine while the rest of the party had a meal. I was asked what all my restrictions are and the lady working, the kitchen and the staff went above and beyond to make
We were looking for a pub to celebrate a birthday. The menu seemed to offer the usual pub food but we were very impressed with the quality and the presentation. One aspect that stood out was the friendliness and kindness of the staff - there is a nice vibe there and we were delighted they arranged
The Bingley Arms is recognised as being the oldest pub, not just in Yorkshire, or England, but the entire UK - and possibly the universe! Steeped in character and history with lots of exciting and interesting things to see throughout the pub. From the massive old beams to the priest bolt holes in
Really nice pub in the village. Staff are friendly and the beer garden is great. The food was really nice and enjoyed. The steak and ale pie was such a big portion, was stuffed! It was very nice. They don't publicise it well, but the pub is dog friendly in the tap room (left door) and beer garden.
Took hubby today for his birthday. Food and service was outstanding. Huge thanks to Kath for her kindness and hospitality, she couldn't do enough for us to make the day special. Lovely place quality locally sourced food which is cooked to a high standard. Can't wait to go back.
