Really excellent service from Praveen. Could not have been better. Food was very good. Really buzzy atmosphere, though it was a Saturday night. Will definitely come again to try more of the menu….but mainly because of the service.
As a cricket club, we have been visiting Dastaan since last year. Every time we visit has been special at its own merit. The owners, managers and staff are all so amazing. They really know how to give Michelin service. They cater from small group of people to big parties on the first floor which ca
Food is amazing, service top class and a great drinks/cocktail menu too. Atmosphere is always good and the staff make sure you are well looked after. Our favourite restaurant!
A fabulous place for the best Indian cuisine in Leeds! Amazing food and 10/10 service. The ambience is really nice and so are the cocktails at Dastaan. Have been to Dastaan Epsom too, a Michelin Bib Gourmand and a double Rosette winner. Both are superb places for Indian food in United Kingdom.

Brand new place tonight and certainly did not disappoint. First time in years that everyone was able to order something new for each course. If you love Indian food and you live near Leeds, it's a must.
Our first visit tonight and it was amazing the staff did everything possible to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. Everything was piping hot and full of flavour. The lamb sagg just melted in your mouth. And the cheddar and blue cheese naan was delicious. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Heard some good reviews and it definitely lived up to the hype. The meat on the lamb chops and chicken was insanely soft and juicy. The mains had exceptional flavour and the ras malai dessert was done well. The hosts and waiters were very welcoming. And Deepak was especially nice and helpful. His re
Head Chef is a master chef semi finalist and went on to train under Michel Roux. So definitely an "upmarket" place. Setting was nice, and interior was good. The menu was good, with great choice for all.. Our order. Lamb Chop. Yes one lamb chop. At £10 per chop, it was a difficult order, but Lamb p
We love dining here. The food is always really good quality, full of amazing flavours and nice presentation. Some of the nicest Indian food we’ve had. Really good place to go for something a bit special that’s great value too.
Another lovely evening at my favourite local restaurant. Thanks for such fun! The pork cheek vindaloo is a thing of beauty! 😀 See you again soon.
Beautiful decor with great starters. We had the paneer tikka, king prawns and chicken. For mains we tried the lamb rogan Josh, chicken curry, truffle naan and steamed rice. Staff did their best in relation to customer service.
An Indian neighbor introduced this restaurant. We visited it for the first time, only to realize that Indian food can be so delicious. We will go there again, highly recommended
