First visit here won't be our last. Food was beautiful, lovely presentation, lots of choice. Belly pork was amazing, sticky toffee pudding to die for. Service was very good and all staff were friendly yet professional. It is a hidden gem wasn't easy to find as we not from Leeds but glad we did .

Visited 11/11/17 with a group of friends (all foodies) the early bird set menu was good value with the 1/2 bottle of wine. Service was swift & attentive as required when the crowd & conversation are the focal point. 17 years since a few of us had visited - seemed less formal more relaxed - lovely evening

Really nice atmosphere, and great service. Food was good, perhaps seafood could have been a bit better, but all in all a great meal.

I ate here on my own this week and was instantly made to feel very welcome. The 3 course early bird special with half bottle of wine was perfect. I had a warm chilli chicken salad, followed by pigeon, which was so flavoursome. Finished off with toffee cheesecake with honeycomb and blood orange gel. The house red was very quaffable too! I will return again on my next visit to Leeds.

We came for the early bird menu - 3 courses plus 1/2 a bottle of house wine each for around £29pp. Excellent value! All our food was delicious - good quality ingredients, prepared and cooked well and served attractively. A lovely venue buzzing with people last night (Saturday). Staff are all friendly, helpful and efficient.

Been eating here occasionally since the early 70's, when it was Le Quebec. Still top-notch, and a restaurant i would recommend without hestation. The 'house' red that we shared last evening was sublime. The food and the service impeccable, as ever.

Food was excellent wine list is endless - some of the waiting staff are short of personality but wouldn't put us off going again.

Lovely atmosphere, great food

So pleased we’d booked this in advance as it appeared to be fully booked. Busy and noisy Saturday night, good atmosphere, delicious food, pork two ways and monkfish for mains, bread & butter pudding ( made with croissant) for dessert, massive wine list, good service, loved it! Would recommend and return.

Had the Boeuf Bourguignon with broccoli and potato...simple but very tasty. Extensive Wine List and great service! A little tricky to find on first visit!

This has been an amazing dinner tonight. The menu of the day was an incredible value and for excellent food. My prawn tempura and steak were perfectly presented and both cooked as requested. The dark chocolate fondant was so delicious. My husband had the chicken liver parfait and then Yorkshire pork. Both were just as good as mine. We did dinner with wine which were very good for the price and were nice addition. Cushla and John as well as all staff were professional and wonderful servers. As many new places come and go this restaurant has been around a long time and my only regret is not coming g in sooner. I will certainly be back!

What can I say, 100% fantastic! Last minute decision to eat out, and found this gem. Managed to seat us straight away, although very busy the service was top notch, very fast and on point, cleared plates etc within minutes but not rushed at all, and next course brought out without any long wait, perfect timing in my opinion, a wonderful evening, and as we know, I only give 5 STARS when I don't have to ask for a 'service charge' to be removed, there isn't one, so I get to decide if/ how much I would like to tip. KEEP IT UP FOR MY NEXT VISIT. And please thank all your staff, they were as amazing as the food!! Unfortunately I'm no David Bailey 😕

Pretty hidden restaurant located under Quebec's hotel but definitely worth a visit. We ate on a Friday lunchtime and expected to eat from the set menu we'd seen online but unusually they only offer this in the evening. They do have a bar menu for lunch but we opted for the main menu and the food was delicious. Highlights were the french onion soup & Fillet steak gateaux, not the cheapest but absolutely delicious. The staff are very friendly and the service was excellent with a good recommendation from the extensive wine list from our friendly waiter. We will definitely be back.

Trying not to be biased because I love french food. It was delicious. Starters were Pigeon for the missus, Pig cheeks for me. No complaints. Very French, from the size, playing and taste. I even got the pork do for main. The belly pork was perfect. The pork fillet is not as good but still awesome. Wifey got the venison. She's sucker for beetroot or haggis. She loves it too. We mostly don't get desserts because they tend to ruin the vibe but we took our chance. I got the white chocolate mousse. It was good. Not too sweet. Gin tart with tonic sorbet. Pastry had gone soft unfortunately, and it wasn't very ginny in flavour but overall she still enjoyed it. We will be back for sure.

My partner and I visited for the first time. It was really lovely. Welcoming and attentive without being intrusive and delicious food. My partner chose pork and I had lamb and we ordered the dauphinois potatoes and broccoli to go with. We shared the moules mariniere to start- glad we did as our mains were so filling! A really enjoyable evening.

Really good relaxed French eatery in a cellar bar. When we walked in we were given a hearty welcome, offered a drink in the bar before we sat down, and then shown to our table. The menu was really good and we all had difficulty choosing from great options. The wine list was large and varied. The food was ace, especially the duck! Save room for pudding!

Probably the best place to eat in Leeds. It might not be the most elevated food, but that's not what Sous Le Nez is about. It's always delicious, and the service is always impeccable. They have the most comprehensive wine list north of London in my opinion. A proper French bistro that delivers time and time again. A remarkable dining experience that I will continue returning to, should I be so lucky!

Absolutely stunning. Was really pleased to finally visit this place. They reopened the restaurant on 16th June so I thought it would be chaotic but everything was perfect. I couldn't fault the service, the food, the staff or the restaurant. Would definitely visit again. Set menu was good value (3 courses + wine for £32, no wine for £26). A lot of choice and everything was delicious.

Fantastic food. Great service. Had the soup, brie, duck, pork duo and dorphenois. All absolutely top-notch. Flavour on another level. You won't be disappointed.

I visited with a friend for an evening meal and it was great. Delicious food and for us it was good value as we had the early bird with wine. The staff were very friendly and after placing our order, drinks and food arrived quickly. The only reason I'm not giving 5* is because it took a while to get seated and there was a long wait to place our order and then later, pay the bill.
