Absolutely the best Thai food I’ve ever eaten and incredibly good value. I’d have paid double.
No frills but friendly great service.
Cannot recommend highly enough. Do yourself a favour and go
Recently ate here, and the food was amazing! By far the best Thai My partner and I have had. The starters and mains were severed together, which threw us slightly. However, this was not an issue as the food didn't go cold, and it tasted great! Would definitely go back, and recommend.
Popped in for a quick lunch today and had the best red curry I've ever had. Just delicious. Great food, service and value! Highly recommend.
Excellent food at reasonable prices. Friendly welcome. Service quick and food freshly cooked. Small and compact restaurant. Well worth a visit. Delicious Thai food. Highly recommend.
If I could rate this place 10/10 I would! Me and my friend had a dinner at MyThai Merrion Centre last night. Everything was perfect! The speed of service, the delicious food, and really friendly staff! The Thai lady was very hyper (in a good way) she cheered me up so much hahaha. I will certainly be back! I love the food and the Thai culture so much
The BEST Thai food in leeds by a country mile. My parter and I eat here most weeks and we are never disappointed. The staff are lovely and friendly and the service is always quick. The food is delicious and priced so cheap. Fantastic cheap food topped off with their own Thai IPA
The best place i know for Thai food! Authentic, tasty, and super cheap! I was worried that with the new expansion that the prices would soar but with all respect they kept them the same. Amazing! I go here at least twice a month, they do takeaway as well, they staff and super friendly and the place is well ran. The food has never been bad the last 2 - 3 years Ive been going here. Love My Thai! Keep doing what you are doing.
It was really busy before we went to First Direct Arena but we didn't wait long as the service and food is really quick. The food was awesome and very authentic the curry was just like I had in Bangkok. I would highly recommend and it's the price is great to.
Always an excellent affordable meal. The best in leeds and has something for everyone. And a bonus that all the staff are the nicest!
Called in before a concert at the Leeds Arena hoping that the service would be quick, and it did not disappoint. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was served very quickly, even though they were busy with the pre-gig crowd. We enjoyed all the dishes, particularly the red and green curries, and the Pad Thai. Will definitely visit again.
My hubby and I went for a pre theatre meal. We loved the food and the staff were so friendly it was a real pleasure.
A revisit a must when we return to Leeds
Best place ever. Always end up ordering the same thing because it's so damn good! Nobody is ever disappointed with My Thai.
A proper little hidden gem. Walked in on the off chance they had some room for us, seated immediately and food was brought out quickly. Staff were attentive and friendly, food was amazing and everything was hot and made to order. Will happily return when I'm next in Leeds 😀
This is the second time I've been, and its still as good as I remember. There was just more decorations than the first time we went. Food was good, when my friend couldn't eat his dish that was too spicy the chef made him a more tame portion. The waiters were really nice and accommodating. My only warning is the hidden service fee of 10%. This can be bad for big groups, if you spend £100 on food and drink you will be actually spend £110 after the fact. My advice is that the business should clearly disclose the hidden fee, and not be so backhanded about it. (We only knew about the hidden fee when we came to pay, so put us in an awkward position.)
Great atmosphere! Lovely interior!
We visited there on Saturday night without booking. But we did not have to wait or anything!
The green curry was little too spicy for me, so enjoyed with pineapple juice.
I’m not too sure if this is the fairly new restaurant or not, but the management is a bit of chaos that so many different staff came to us asking for orders.
Really lovely dinner. Had great service and amazing food! Had to wait 15 minutes despite booking at 6 but it wasn’t too bad especially as service was quick during the meal and also was expected for a Saturday.
As being a super fan of "soup noodles", I want to give an applause to the duck noodles soup they made. The starter, particular the fish cake is also very delicious. The service is nice and the decoration of the restaurant is beautiful too.
Food was appetisingly presented and tasted even better. Friendly service in cosy atmosphere. Not crowded at time of my visit. I'll certainly visit again when next in Leeds.
Came here on a Friday night, hadn't booked but we were given a lovely table! The décor is really cool and creates a good atmosphere. The staff were lovely and attentive, and the food was delicious! I'd definitely recommend it for any occasion.
My Thai is the best Thai food in Leeds! I’ve been coming here for years, the portion sizes are really large, the food is really reasonable and the service is super quick - we came most recently on a Saturday evening and were really impressed. I highly recommend the Pad Thai and Massaman curry. We’ve eaten in and also ordered takeaway and both are extremely high quality. Couldn’t recommend enough!
Very delicious authentic foods. Great service and delicious drinks ! Right next to our hotel too ! So very convenient. Catered to our adjustments of making the food extra spicy and they did not disappoint. Amazing Thai food in the heart of Leeds.
Fabulous meal.
We ate here before a concert.
Great venue with swift service. Food was awesome and one of the best Thai meals we've had. Amazing value at 30 quid for 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 drinks.
Will definitely be returning.
Fresh and delicious food served quickly and efficiently! The staff were friendly and polite! It’s so convenient to grab some food before the concert!
I had the pad see ew and it was wonderful. The service was wonderful as well. We went when it was quiet and it was a nice relaxed lunch with fun decor.
Fab staff, they are quite friendly and nice. Good selection with good price. interesting decoration in the restaurant. They have some cool wall paper and light. As for the food tbh I don't really like it. For the starter I ordered tofu, it was plaint even with the sauce. For main food I ordered pad thai, I can only say I accepted it. It was not flavoury and delicious. I have tried many thai foods in a lot of thai restaurants in Leeds. There are absolutely better ones. Unfortunately I don't agree with what they say "as thai as possible" but "taste" is rather personal.
Loved the food, it was cooked fast and fresh and the portions are big! Spent £45 on 2 adult meals, 1 child's, 3 starters and bottle of fruity cider, wine and a coke. Best of all we just walked in without having to boon a table, it was quite early approx 1800.
I had the masaman curry which was gorgeous, my partner had something that was mega spicy which she loved and my stepson had noodles and he woofed the lot! Will definitely return when we come to Leeds again.
Great food with a wide arrange of options on the menu. Service was speedy and food was cooked to perfection. On top of that between 3 of us we ordered 3 mains and 2 starter and prawn crackers alongside drinks it only came to £35 which is a bargain for good food in the city centre. Would recommend to anyone around the area!
Went to meet a friend for lunch and to discuss some business and had the Pad Cashew Nut as a ‘light bite’ and it was exquisite.
The staff were very accommodating as we were there over an hour and half yet they catered to our every need.
The interior is truly stunning and the pictures I have posted don’t really do it justice. If you are ever in Leeds and need a lunch venue, try My Thai. #PhilipSmithLawrence
I really like this place. The food is always good and the menu is varied and fairly authentic.
The staff are nice and its efficient service.
I had the spicy miced pork with holy basil and it was yummy.
The portions are big, but the starters are very nice. So go with a big appetite.
Been back again today 17 Feb, food still good, portions still generous staff still nice.
Spicy pork with holy basil. Great balance. Fishcakes are always awsome. Chicken satay is good. Pad thai was nice but not my cup of tea.
Lovely range of authentic dishes to choose from, including vegetarian. Staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful. Would definitely recommend booking though, as it's justifiably very busy.
Great please to eat, nice selection on the menu and decent serving sizes. It’s a great stop before going to do something in town. Could do with fresh chilli side sauce that’s hot.
