The staff are really nice and professional.
But they really need a way to keep the food warm I'm yet to get a sausage roll that's at least warm
I use Greggs Ledbury most days for my morning coffee. I have to say how lovely and efficient the staff are, always friendly and always go the extra mile. Would highly recommend.

Lady serving was really nice. Asked the kids to guess the cost, winner gets a gingerbread man. The kids were made up with the game and enjoyed the food and the gingerbread man (which we made them share). Superb customer experience, well done!! Food was up to usual Greggs standard too.
It's Greggs, that should be enough to say. Staff are usually pleasant (if a little bored, not their fault). The usuals are usually in (sausage rolls etc) but the sandwich selection is a bit thin by the time I get there

Ready sandwiches, but the pies the feelings is so waterish , I believe something more can be done about the test and qualities.
