Where do I start... Staff as soon as you drive in are so warm and welcoming.
The grounds are truly breathtaking and the amount of facilities available I wish I stayed for longer. I stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect!!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Lakes by Yoo in the Cotswolds and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The house itself was stunning, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The environment surrounding the property was picturesque and serene, creating a peaceful and rejuvenating atm
Lovely place, great food and friendly staff. Only thing I would say about the food, the Eton Mess was described as a mixed berry Eton Mess but it only had strawberries in it.
Great family break arranged at short notice. Tranquil setting clever quarry conversion. Autumn visit fine with expected weather ups and downs. Lake peaceful but one person ignored no kayak rule to protect nesting birds. EV charging useful at spa.
Beautiful place to holiday in. Ev chargers (x4 7kw) are pricey
If you’re looking for a private holiday home without the fuss/activities of a resort then this is for you. The properties feel cut off from each other so you aren’t overlooked and the other folk on the lake do respect space by not coming close.

A beautiful and tranquil 5 Bedroom location, uniquely set against the back drop of lakes and forestry within the Cotswold area. This is a beautiful peaceful resort, the houses are uniformly spectacular. The spa is excellent. You can kayak, fish, bike, hang out on the balcony looking at the wildlife.
Great place for a peaceful break. Lots of activities for adults and kids alike but it's not Butlins so don't expect a fairground and chain restaurants. What an incredible escape about 2 hrs drive from downtown Ldn. Amazing development with Houses with direct lake access. Ample houses for rent making it the ideal escape to explore Cotswolds.
Great place but mainly owner occupied and therefore the rental side service is a bit laid back. Could be better but is still a beautiful place and the accommodation is great.
Wow. What a place. Take your family there and relax for the week. Save flying anywhere, watch your carbon foot print.
Probably gorgeous in the summer, I bet the lake is perfect for hosting BBQ's and brunches.
