KFC's Original Recipe Fried Chicken is unbeatable. Great value, friendly service, and clean space. A must-visit for comfort food lovers!
Food was good, fast service, staff seemed friendly (a lot nicer than Dorking branch) - I feel many of these bad review are generated by rivals
Group of 15 us visited this branch, we was welcomed by staff, we wanted to dine in, they cleaned the tables for us as soon as a couple of diner's left. They took our orders and delivered our food accurately without making any errors.. The chicken was cooked to perfection. Overall our experience was excellent staff we're really friendly, chilled and weren't phased by size of our group. The manager took a lot a pride in ensuring the food was cooked and served fresh. Job well done to all the staff 👏🏽
KFC is pretty universal, love it or hate it. The lady at the till was friendly and patient (I am not a regular customer here and not their normal demographic (49M)).
The other customers were like charactertures of teenagers. Moping, shouting, slinking about the place I suppose they have to go somewhere... There were two lads constantly complaining about nothing to get free/replacement food and practice being objectionable. This probably explains why this KFC closes early at 9pm.
However much the staff are paid to clean up after and serve this naughty group ....it's not enough.
