Pet friendly place with great option of food and drinks. You can order on table. Ideal to book a table before you go during evening in weekends. Lively place at night, cozy place at afternoons. We asked for grilled chicken for our pup and they served it well. Must recommend.

Fabulous. Our favourite relaxed cafe style location in Leamington and with a record shop on the first floor! Heavenly cakes, coffees, and heavenly music! Nuff said!

Love the concept! I just had a couple of flat whites which were lovely and studied here for a couple of hours. So much seating to choose from, lovely decor and vibes for a great work space or place to catch up with a friend during the day. Looking forward to coming back on a day the food hall is open as it sounds fab.

Good coffee, amazing brunches, We have tried french toast, avo on toast, English breakfast snd pancakes, All were super delicious and good portion, brunches are between £7 to £9. Tea was also good but the pot is slightly small. The staff are really nice and friendly. The ambient is great and calming. The baby changing room is also very clean and spacious. The foodcourt is open only after 12PM

What a splendid idea to create a mini neighbourhood...loved it. There's a bar, loads of food options and even Pilates by Helen. This environment is tranquille, welcoming and hygienically clean. You'll find toilets here too. We ordered a Chilli Cheese burger for £7.50, a BBq burger for 7.50 and 6 Chicken wings for £5 (with garlic and parmessan). Cider at the bar was £5. WIFI available here too.

We visited for a brunch on a weekend. Really enjoyed the vegan English breakfast. Great value for the portion. I also had English breakfast tea, good quality but quantity wasn't satisfactory.

Really liked my 1st ever visit to this place. Interesting concept of lots of different types of foods on offer from like around the World "Street Market stalls". Would have liked an Italian place with pizzas and spaghetti bolognese, and a Chinese offering chow main, fried rice dishes. Prices pretty reasonable and staff lovely and helpful. Lots of places to sit. A bit draughty when the main door was left open! Will definitely go there again.

Very lovely place for a brunch. Delicious food. Would definitely come back again. Was a bit cold inside that’s why I give 4 stars.

What a find! Visiting family they had to take us here and I can see why! You appear to walk into a large area of an open plan, modern style, bar which in itself is very nice. Go through that and down stairs into an underground restaurant... With a difference?!!? All around the seated area are small separate individual café type serving hatches selling all different types of food. I believe they call it street food? The choices range from simple fish and chips through Mexican, Thai, Indian and so much more. You place your order with who you wish, pay them and they cook it and it is delivered to your table! Every member of our group had something different so we could each try each others! Superb it all was too! Sadly, downstairs is not accessible for the disabled but they can provide food upstairs in the pub section which is accessible. Worth a call beforehand to confirm I am right! Downsides and why not a fifth star? Partly the disabled access but mainly because the toilets downstairs were dirty and a bit smelly. The urinal was made of stainless steel and was covered in rust! Sort that out by my next visit and you will get my fifth star! Carefulnottight.co.uk

I've been regularly using Neighbourhood for a year now. The staff are always extremely friendly and attentive, especially Tabs & Rachel. There is an excellent choice of food and drinks. The venue is spacious & perfect for dog owners or parents with pushchairs.

Ate at Fusca vegan food- incredibly tasty and fabulous value for money wonderful atmosphere at the venue. There are lots of other vendors so superb place to go if your party has mixed dietary requirements and all under one roof. Order via a website from your phone and food will be delivered to you table. Staff are friendly and make your experience their priority. Cannot wait to go back

Very nice place. Always happy to go there. There are many food options in the food court downstairs. Good coffee, I tried the vegan food option at fusca. Super friendly guy and tasty food, gluten free options for my friend too! Big hit for us. I will definitely bring more people and look forward to trying the York options. It seems very family friendly too

Came here after work and had a lovely time. The music felt like the right volume for a Tuesday, the beer was spot on, and the Mexican I ordered from Head Honcho Hacienda was absolutely exquisite. The dessert we ordered from Puddin' was also fantastic with all the sweet touches you'd expect. However I've taken a star off because the pizza my wife ordered from Gimme The Dough was pretty poor. It was a margarita but there was so many herbs on there that it barely tasted of tomato or cheese at all, and instead just tasted like pure basil. She didn't finish it and I thought I'd polish it off, but I couldn't even get through one slice.

I'd never been here before, a nice atmosphere. As you enter the bar is on the right, and straight ahead of you is a set of stairs that lead down to an food ordering area of mixed options, ie Mexican, burgers, Chinese etc. Not all of the options was available, possibly due to it being a quiet evening.
