It was a lovely base for my first ever visit to Leamington, great choice of snacks and beverages with beautiful views of the Park and old Town. My only issue, considering there were plenty of staff they were slow at clearing tables between diners.

What a great place. Art for sale gift shop. museum which is free entry. Then to top it off the tea room you must take time to visit this place.
Lunch in the pump room gets pretty busy around midday. Selection of sandwiches, cakes and assorted baked goods. Coffee, tea and selection of presse too.
We visited the café. Had two nice coffees, a croissant and Bakewell tart for just over a tenner. Quick service and pleasant staff.

I just visited the cafe today. Such a lovely relaxing, light and airy place. A slight queue for drinks but the staff were extremely friendly and happy to serve. I had a fruit tea then sat on the stools by the entrance where there are plugs and usb ports to charge your phone/laptop. There apparently

Great space to hire for the art exhibition I went to, amazing decor! Very convenient location, not far from the high street.
The council are soon to make this as part of their offices....sad as reviews show that a majority like it for it's historical features for what it is right now. There is currently a petition to try and stop this from happening

Stopped here for coffee and cake after a stroll around Leamingyon. Great location only a short stroll from the shops and right opposite the park/gardens. Sat outside and watched the world go by, cake and coffee both lovely! 🥰
