Visited on 11th March. Mothers day treat.
Although they were very busy and we hadn't booked, wait for seating was only about15mins . So had a drink in bar. Young lady sat us down and quickly moved us to a quieter area as I have hearing difficulties.
Waiter excellent, in fact all the staff were very curtious and friendly.
Food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Portion sizes more than adequate.

First timers for a birthday treat...
Service was good and recommendations were spot on..we did not wait too long and enjoyed the fact the plates came out randomly...we tucked in and thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful...

Although the service was prompt but the food was ....ordinary. I have eaten before traditional Japanese cuisine, and the one I had wasn't...Close to traditional. The ramen lacks in texture and umami.
We really enjoyed the meals: teriyaki steak soba, grilled duck donburi, raisukaree prawn curry, firecracker prawn curry, and chicken katsu curry. the starters were great as well, though the lettuce wraps were greatly missed. our server, Amy, was also lovely checking in on us intermittently and all around managing the busy restaurant calmly and professionally. I'm definitely happy to come back again.

Food was quite good, I had the pad Thai. The service was decent. I wish our food had come out all at once. My husband had finished his main course by the time he got his appetiser. It was a Friday night so they were quite busy, and we waited about 15 minutes for a table, which wasn’t bad for how busy they were, but they have this nice big waiting area by the bar and no where to sit down. I think it make it a bit nicer if they just added a bench or something in the bar area.
As always Wagga's interesting and delicious food is excellent, always a treat to eat!
I never think the old regent hotel is a great venue it somehow doesn't seem to gel very well, seems a bit cavernous somehow to me
Staff nice and friendly and helpful
Nice restaurant. Food was tasty. Friendly staff… Yakisoba (noodles used) could have been better.
They are always accomodating here and helpful. We turned up as a large group and they were able to seat us straight away and made notes of the allergies. The food is always hot and quick and the staff were really good.
I know it's a chain but you can get very different levels of service but this is one of the better ones. I would recommend
It is Wagamama so you know what you're going to get, however I would like to give a special shout out as we visited with a teenager with specific food allergies. The team handled us politely, with sensitivity and professionalism. I know this stuff is important and required by law but they did a good job from a customer experience point of view.
What another wonderful Wagamama's vegan fiesta! Lovely service, great food and a brilliant location. This branch is located in an old hotel and the high ceilings make for an airy and comfortable atmosphere. The food was lovely again and we very much enjoyed it! Thank you all at Wagamama's Leamington Spa 👍
Quite easily one of the best Wagamama branches I have ever been to in terms of building and interior 😍 I absolutely loved it. The food is your typical Wagamama food just like any other branch. Service was a little bit slow though.
A good place for some south Asian food. Staff are friendly and located at the City Centre. Definitely try the Ramen. Good choice of veggie options now available in the menu.
Food, for people who need feeding vaguely "Japanese" food in record time. Its consistent, efficient, its fine.
The green tea, whilst free, is not a good ambassador for what green tea should taste like.
The atmosphere is similar to a school dinner hall, loud and clattering.
We had a really tasty meal, a good few gluten free and vegan options. Although some of them aren't on the menu i.e kimchi and vegan egg. It's a longer wait because the manager has to take your order if you have allergies.
The food was all delicious, the tempeh ssambap and the miso caramel ice cream were particularly scrumptious. The drinks are all really good too, though i tend to stick to non alcoholic drinks i had to admire to beauty of the pink gin. The only reason this isn't a 5 star is because it is very loud and I've always experienced a quite long wait, to be noticed or checked in on for drinks or to pay. It's a shame that you can't order for delivery if you have allergies.
Thank you for delis food and service today. My son said you went out of the way to cater for his dietary requirements and this was the first time he and my husband had been. We Will be back again.
My Mum and I had a lovely lunch here today. Food was delicious and very friendly server whose name unfortunately I can not remember . Also, amazing customer service from Dan. I’m sure we’ll be back soon.
Lovely food, very quick and helpful service as expected with Wagamama. Nice to have a healthy children's menu to. The regency surroundings make it that bit different to other Wagamama restaurants I have been in
