Well we were looking for a cosy old school proper pub that we could get a roast in and wow we got this and more. So nice to step into a proper pub the atmosphere took us back to our childhood and the service was amazing such friendly people. We will be using this hidden gem more often as the food was excellent thanks

Refreshing to find A top notch, first class traditional pub right in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, you will not be disappointed. 10/10

I was in Leamington Spa and remember being told about this gem of a traditional pub. Finally went on the off chance at first for a drink, but when I saw the menu couldn't resist ordering lunch. Hubby tried the ale and a definite thumbs up🖒from him. Hosts very nice and local users of the pub friendly. We will definitely be going back x

This is my favourite local pub in Leamington. Best value for money eat and drink in Leamington Spa, and the most friendly hosts! I love the outside area. Good to park in the sun if the weather holds. The menu changes regularly and has a good balance of old favourites, standard pub grub and something different. The quality is good, and portions generous, especially the lamb chops and lamb shank. Amazing gravy. The bar has ‘visiting ales’. Always interesting.

A lovely little gem tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. The food here is very high quality and ridiculously cheap. Sundays for roasts and, fish and chip Friday (on the last Friday of the month) are fully booked consistently - this just goes to show the quality that is served.

Lovely pub known for their Roasts. As someone avoiding meat, I thought this may be a challenge, but their Nut Roast loaf was fantastic! Huge serves, delicious tastes. Wash down with a real Ale, lovely way to lunch on a rainy day. Only 5 minute walk from the canal, so boaters - moor at the bridge by The Fusiliers (who suggested it as they don't do dining), it's well worth the short walk.

Really good Halloumi burger - I mean such a great surprise. Thick piece of halloumi with well cooked portobello mushrooms inside a bun that didn’t fall apart! Beer Atlantic real ale was pretty good too.

Sat in the garden for a few drinks after a bike ride. We had places to put our bikes. A heated sitting area. Was very good. 👍

Love this pub. Classic features, great staff, friendly customers - perfect. Not quite on the doorstep but worth a half hour walk...and an uber back🤣. Seriously good pub and the food is exceptional by reputation. Next visit, that's on the list. Big thanks to the staff for creating such a welcoming environment 🙏

What a little gem. On the surface its looks a bit tired but it adds to the character of the place. Brought the family here for a Sunday lunch and wasn't disappointed. Great food, great portion sizes for those feeling more hungry and great value for money. The staff were extremely helpful and provided great service. We did have a small issue which was unavoidable, a nail had become loose in the seating and was working its way out which caught on a party members trousers. The staff couldn't have been more apologetic. They removed said nail immediately and offered the meal for this person for free without being asked! Would definitely recommend and will be coming back

A damp Thursday evening for our cycling club Christmas night out. 1st stop The New Inn. A really nice old fashioned back street pub with a reputation for a fantastic pint. It didn't disappoint. A great selection of ales .

I have visited this pub over several years to meet for Sunday lunch with a large group of friends. Our meals have always been fantastic! Great choice of roasts, plenty of lovely vegetables and trimmings and great puds. The portions are very generous, the atmosphere convivial and the staff are always helpful and charming. It's a great little traditional pub and every time we go it's full. That really says it all. A real little Leamington gem!

Wonderful service and food was heavenly. A girl served me with dark curly hair and the most fantastic blue eyes and I had to give her a special shout out because such kind quick professional service was just exactly what I wanted. Please give her a raise, clientele will return simply to have such good service!!
