It’s our favourite in Leamington, with a relaxed vibe, comfy chairs and delicious drinks and sandwiches. Try the BLT + chicken ciabatta or the Brie, bacon & cranberry, yum.
Cool place to eat. We went in wanting to have an afternoon tea but the waiter did not give us the full menu and ended up ordering sandwiches, only to find out later that they were still serving afternoon teas. We'll be back another time anyway. Nice food and clean place. Good vibes.
Wide variety of food on the menu. Quiet areas to sit. Visited about 2.30 on a week day and there was plenty of space. Staff outstanding, attentive but not too much. Food delivered promptly ( within 10mins) and excellent quality and sensible quantity. Pay at the bar on exit.
This was a really pleasant surprise. The food was excellent, the service brilliant and my lunch partner was great company. All in all a fabulous day.
The portion is large, full breakfast is valuable. My son order a beef burger cost £12+. He like it much but I feel a little bit expensive.

Fantastic afternoon tea - look at all you get and the stylish way it was presented. Wanted to give tip by card but owner hasn’t set it up- doesn’t seem fair on the fantastic staff so do bring cash if you want to give a tip. Overall, great vibe, delicious sandwiches, cakes and nice touch with the war

Really underrated place for food and drinks whether it's daytime or in the evening, in my opinion have the best prices for breakfast and its always lively!
Lovely place with good service where you can get a varied fayre.
God's drinks, non-alcoholic or alcoholic, beverages and fine food from cakes to breakfast to brunch and beyond.

Food was pretty decent party of three two of us had the falafel wrap which were nice one of the bowls the crisps came in had soap suds in the bottom nothing major I had a cinnamon roll and a iced latte very nice
Really lovely place for breakfast. Clean, nice atmosphere, good menu. Service was good and prices reasonable.
Good choice of beers and cocktails in a relaxed atmosphere. Also a tea/coffee bar opposite the main bar if you needed a pick up.
What a lovely place to have Pink Grapefruit Tea or lunch! Nice staff and reasonable prices. Little gem:)
Anytime of the day, thier food and service is the best, the English breakfast platter is unique to leaf 🍃💯
Great restaurant.. it's a lot bigger inside than the front suggests I had the veggie breakfast generous portion and delicious I will definitely eat here again
