Great!. We visited the Moorings at the weekend with a group of friends and had a great time. I was a little confused by previous reviews as we were drinking the house wine which was £14 a bottle, and seemed very good value.
The food was spot on and served by a young professional team. Only negative was the bar was extremely busy and this made the restaurant pretty noisy.
We will definitely be returning!

Excellent food and service!. As regular diners to the Stag at Offchurch (this companies sister pub) my partner and i thought it was time to try The Moorings. Well what a transformation they have made, i remember visiting here a couple of years back and vowing never to go again.

We both shared the meat platter to start, a selection of cold meats and parfait served with pickles. It was fantastic. Then my other half had the Sirloin off the specials and i had the haddock fishcake, both where great. We skipped puds and finished with a coffee which was sadly served warm, not hot, but changed nice a promptly without a hassle.

Scores on the doors- food 9/10 and service 10/10.

Fantastic Lunch!. Just had a brilliant lunch here, they have only been open a few weeks and what a transformation the Moorings team have made already. The bar was buzzing, we had to wait 15minutes to get a table in the restaurant. After 2 Aubrey Allen burgers and 4 pints of the local ale 'Darling Buds' we left extremely happy! I will be returning next week for round 2.

We came on Bank Holiday Sunday, was very quiet and plenty of places to sit. Staff were really friendly and attentive. We ordered the squid which was lovely and the truffle Parmesan fries which were okay but they were a very small portion for the price and we couldn’t really taste the truffle or Parmesan.

Pros: The place is great and so stylish, could make very beautiful pictures. Its with a great view to water, The staff are helpful and welcoming. Coffee is so good, coming is perfect temperature. Lots and lots of parking spaces! The place was not busy when we visited but we had booked in advance just in case. Cons: The menu is very brief, I expected more options for brunch. The muffins we tried were in a bit on the dry side of muffins and small spread of Avo. The American pancakes we tried were on thin side, expected to be more thick and fluffy. Generally a good experience! Would recommend

A lovely little pub located at Myton, Leamington Spa. The food was delicious, I ordered the pasta linguine. It had to be one of the nicest pastas I’ve had. The service was ok a little slow during our lunch time visit, not anyone’s fault they where just busy. The atmosphere was nice, great vibe sitting next to the river.

Pub located right next to the canals with free parking. The proximity to the roads and shops can make it a bit unpleasant and it doesn’t take full advantage of being next to the canal, only a few tables are close to the water. The pub itself looks great, but the prices are also quite steep. It’s in a easy access location. Other pubs down the canals can offer more competitive prizes but they are harder to find and get there.

The food was delicious. The atmosphere was very good. The only gripe was happy hour drinks were only £1 off and were still £5 a pint.

Massively better than expected pub lunch. We pulled in as we saw the tables by the canal and it looked good. Large, secure car park well off the road. Great staff all round. We only ordered a few starters, the chilli nachos were exceptional, as good as I've had, salt and pepper squid good, firm and flavoursome, wings good. We'll be back.

The food here was good and the desserts were very good, particularly this deconstructed cheesecake. The food took quite a long time to come (35 minutes or so) but the service was good. Not sure the atmosphere was for me but the live music was nice.

Stopped in for a burger after paddle boarding nearby, free car parking and plenty of tables. The team were great and we didn’t have to wait long for our food. Nice toilets too!

Had a Sunday lunch, burger and fish fingers, both were well presented, and delicious. They have put an extra effort on the food such as the Cajun fries, the spices were equally coated and not just randomly sprinkled on. The burger patty was juicy and crispy on the edges. The service was highly exceptional, very friendly and polite. If I had to be particularly picky, perhaps adding a small side of coleslaw with burger would be ideal. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Lovely canal side setting, just far enough away from a main road, good quality build and interior. Good pint of Wye Valley HPA. The roast beef Sunday dinner(£20) was very good quality but would have benefitted from a little more vegetables. The young man, and the young lady who appeared to be the manager, behind the bar made this a five star experience instead of four. The very friendly clientele also need a special mention. We would certainly recommend and return.

Food was amazing! Reasonably priced considering the current climate and no presumptuous inclusive gratuities. Highly recommended.

Well I've just come away from the Moorings at Myton and have to say the food was very good. The staff were friendly and very helpful although it wasn't very busy and we had a table booked for 5.15pm so I think that's part of the reason for it having a few empty tables. If you're not sure what to have as a starter try the chilli and cheese nachos but don't expect them to be really hot unless you eat the green chillies they come with!

Lovely place right on the canal you can eat or drink outside and watch boats go past its nice! Food was lovely a little pricey for me to eat here all the time but it was a birthday treat luckily and I really enjoyed it! Staff were lovely and the gentlemeb who served our food was polite too also accommodated to my mothers gluten free request. If you have not visited its worth a visit!

Went there for my 4 Year Anaversey and had a really great experience! Richard the manger was so lovely and accommodating for us by giving us a lovely quite table in the corner. Food was amazing especially as I am a vegan the cauliflower wings was incredible and then to top it off with a vegan Belgium waffle! I definitely recommend this restaurant, the staff and also our server Richard made the evening even more pleasant! Cant recommend enough!

Small menu but great food. Service was slow. We were a table of 9 so I understand it's difficult to get everything ready at the same time but I'd like to eat my meal in less than 2.5 hrs

Popped in for a cool drink after walking the canal. Very clean model styled pub with outside seating terraced down to the canal my images show nearby stretch of the canal the staff are friendly and they offer a good range of food on offer and ample parking, .
