It's simple, Spa Town is the best coffee shop in Leam, without a doubt. I've gone in every day for 18 months, I've gotten to know Joe and Tina during that time and I've never met anyone as dedicated, hard working and passionate as these two.
Any uncharacteristically negative reviews on here should be read with a grain of salt, their impeccable star rating thus far is fully deserved, they have an army of loyal customers because once you go there, you're gonna come back.
Do yourself a favour, give it a go, all are welcome, the best coffee and friendliest place in town, simple.
Definitely my favourite coffee shop in a Leamington (and there are loads!!) Amazing big flat whites, nice food and scrummy cakes (including Tregroes waffles!!) And dog friendly too- bonus!!

I get my coffee from them everyday and I must say they make the best coffee in town specially their latte which is my favourite. Everyone here is so kind and friendly (always greet me with smile). I have brought my friends here couple of times and they loved the coffee as well. There are so many good things I want to write but I will keep it short and say that they truly deserve 5 star.

Consistently perfect coffee. Friendly, welcoming staff. Soothing ambience and always so clean and well-kept. The window seats are ideal to watch the world go by.
I love this place. Besides being a small business accepting American Express there are a multitude of elements to make your coffee sampling experience high quality. It’s attention to detail: WiFi, a clean and comfortable interior, an excellent espresso machine setup, a handsome range of brunch options and a simple coffee menu. The coffee is locally roasted, served with the love and care that coffee should respectfully receive.
The staff are in a word lovely. Friendly, chatty and genuinely care about you, the customer.

They have the best coffee in town and the staff are lovely! This is the perfect place to catch up with friends or study/work with it's soothing atmosphere and delicious cakes!! It is very dog friendly and a real hub for nice people and pleasant conversation! 1000000% recommended!!!

Great range ofLovely atmosphere - interesting music ( not too loud, not too poppy), ladies serving really cheerful (it's 8.30am) and helpful. I'd definitely recommend dropping in when meeting someone, or just for a great takeaway coffee.
