This is just the most wonderful place for a lovely relax, especially in a heatwave! The staff are lovely & friendly; the food is amazing; and the ancient building so interesting with lots of nooks & crannies to sit, indoors or out. On arrival we were taken to our gorgeous room by Harry to find a card from the staff wishing us a Happy 50th Anniversary - what a thoughtful touch! The Weavers Spa here is just amazing, very new, modern & a real contrast to the surrounding buildings of The Swan. Again, such lovely staff - so skilled and putting us at ease with each treatment - we feel rejuvenated after all our aches & pains being eased away with lots of fun conversations! Can recommend Tegan, Louise & Georgina for wonderful treatments! The warm bubble pool is excellent and the heated massage beds so comfortable with arm rests too - wanted to take one home! Can recommend wholeheartedly- have already got a possible Norfolk friend thinking about a visit plus our youngest daughter ... just a massive Thank You to all the staff we have had the pleasure to meet.
I would just like to thank all the staff at the hotel & Weaver Spa for a great w/e. I came here for my 60th birthday which was organised by my friend for 7 ladies. It was amazing from start to finish. .We stayed Friday /Saturday evening. Spa was out of this world!!! The staff were amazing. Then a 3 course meal on the Saturday .. breakfast was also 5*..... The staff couldn't do enough for us... Well as for the rooms!!! Just beautiful. . We hope to come back in the bear future. . Also you must go in the plunge pool!! Thanks again... 7 very happy ladies... From Ipswich !!!!!!
Absolutely amazing!! Easy parking at the rear of the hotel, all the staff we spoke to friendly, helpful and attentive. When we got to our room(9) the staff had left me a birthday card which was a very nice touch. The spa is well worth a visit, Sophie was brilliant and I enjoyed my time spent in the sauna, steam room and outdoor jacuzzi. The evening meal in the main restaurant was first class.
