Great food. Service is up to standard, but waiting staff need to be a bit more proactive taking away empty glasses. Not a big problem though. Better than the place next door.
The outside may look a bit scruffy but inside is lovely. Staff friendly, food delicious! Best chicken chat I've ever had!
Pretty good here, I'm from London and usually don't rate Indian restaurants when on holiday but this one was rather nice. Food was good and service was very good. They were happy to change menu items to suit us as vegetarians. Reasonable priced and a nice looking restaurant. I would definitely come back.

We had a takeaway from Sagor Tandoori and we can all honestly say it was the best curry we have ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection from the Poppadoms to starters, to mains and sides. We ordered our food once we arrived at the restaurant, had a very friendly welcome and were offered a drink while we waited. The staff were extremely friendly and we will definitely return the next time we are visiting the area. Thank you Sagor Tandoori.

Popped in on a Monday night for a preshow dinner. Lovely little place. It was clean and comfortable, the waiter was extremely friendly. The food arrived in an expected time frame and was very tasty. Would recommend. My whole family swears by the Sagor as being an excellent Indian, and there is plenty of experience in the family! Good value and good service.

We went to the sagor Indian restaurant in launceston tonight. There we four of us and we had a Beautiful meal there the service was Brilliant and they we very polite. Everything was spotless even the toilets. We will definitely be going back .
Booked a table for our wedding anniversary today, service was warm and friendly, atmosphere spot on and the food was excellent. Well Done Ashik and the team first class, we will be back next time we are in the area.
Visit here for our weekly Indian meal out. Can honestly say we have NEVER had any problems with meal, drinks or staff as per some of the unjustified bad reviews. Food is always excellent, and they will modify the "heat" up or down if you ASK. I wish reviewers would think before posting, if a place is busy, you may have a bit longer wait for FRESHLY cooked food.!!! We will be back again next week, and the week after etc.

Just popped in looking for something to eat and there's 2 restaurants next to each other. We made the right choice. Fantastic greeting on entry from the beautiful young lady, a table was prepared for us and we was seated within minutes. Staff make or break a business, but the front of house staff were superb. Very attentive, professional, polite and a lovely smile that I've found so lacking in other establishments. The food? Hmmm. Well, if I said that was superb it would be a lie. It was better than superb, much better. I can see why it's so highly rated. My 3 daughters and I tend to order different things and try a bit of each others. We couldn't fault our food whatsoever. Certainly the best Chat and Balti I've had for years, the pakoras and butterfly prawns are to die for. Portion sizes are more than generous and prices are excellent for the size and quality of your meal. Wouldn't hesitate visiting again. I hope the staff got the gratuity I left for them as a thank you for their excellent service. We really appreciate you.
