Cowslip Cafe - Launceston - Photo album

A wonderful experience. Everything about it wonderful. Beware of sat navs that like to send you off down single track roads; easy to find from Launceston itself. And clearly signposted. Will be going again!!
Lovely cream tea today at this beautiful place! Beautiful gardens to look around and wonderful views over to Launceston castle! Really great and friendly service! They have a lovely shop there and lots of old barns where they do craft workshops! Well worth a visit!
The best cream tea 😋 lovely location with amazing views. Definitely worth a visit.
4 of us met for a birthday lunch, we all ordered different things from the lunch menu and all thoroughly enjoyed it. A great place to meet, take in the beautiful view and have a potter around the few shops. We will be back.
This place is so great, my wife and I held our wedding party here. No, the owner and Andrew, head chef could not be more accommodating. Great food in the cafe. All freshly produced, not bought in and served. Staff are really friendly too. Dogs welcome.
On our way to Falmouth, from Derbyshire. A little bit of research discovered the hidden gem, that is Cowslip. A very warm welcome, delicious food, chocolate cake that melts in your mouth and the best pot of tea we’ve had for ages! Dogs welcome, on the lead, both inside and out…in the beautiful garde
If you want something different this is the place to go ,out in the countryside with wonderful views, and beautiful gardens to sit and have your food and..drink. And after there's a craft shop and an bits and bobs shop to peruse , overall most enjoyable .
Went as a large group for a leaving do and the food was lovely, the staff helpful.
As usual, the cowslip cafe gave us everything we could have asked for from a lazy relaxed lunch. Great service, a good laugh with the very helpful and patient staff, and wonderful food. The gazebo is the best seat in the house whatever the weather work stunning views over Launceston and fields. A qu

Had a most wonderful lunch here yesterday with my friend. Really delicious. It was my first visit and I will be back. Very interesting shop with a huge selection of fabrics and associated crafting goodies - a real visual delight. The views are spectacular too.
Lovely place for lunch! Baguette a delicious and service very friendly and efficient. Lovely setting and I would recommend.
What an amazing place. Lovely food, great service and stunning location.
Fab food and so pleased to see my book Pop-up Cornwall in your shop!
Always good food and lovely people. Also very interesting to look round the other buildings. One slight downside if you have a low to the ground car, it might not like the track down to it. A normal car is fine.
Went here for a cream tea. Superb, tasty, warm scones with a crisp bottom, plus plenty of jam and clotted cream and a really nice pot of tea. Lovely cafe with outside seating with nice views over the surrounding countryside. Highly recommended
What a great find, tucked away at the end of a private driveway and with some stunning views across to Launceston Castle. Lovely lunch yesterday with family, really warm welcome and service, can't wait to go again
What can I say other than excellent on everything, and the view towards Launceston is amazing. It is well worth a visit just for the food and the patchwork is a bonus.
