The Royal Oak is a great pub. The food choice is excellent. Be prepared to pay that bit more extra but definitely worth it.
I had a burger. It was the best I have ever had and the chips cooked to perfection.
We found this place out of the blue while looking for a decent place to have dinner and it was fantastic! Everything was great: quality food & wine, the Chef is great and the staff and the owner are super friendly. Very good service! We will be back soon!
Best place I've eaten in a long time. Great seafood menu and grilled meat menu. Highly recommended. Nice staff. Its clean tidy and the produce they serve is outstanding.
If you're looking for good pub-grub, then you're in the wrong place. The Royal Oak is much much more than that.
The chef's from Sicily and boy can he cook. This was our second visit and we can't wait to go back.

Nice comfortable garden where we had our dinner all servers very quickly and very nice fish and chips. Friendly service.
