The service was was excellent and so were the drinks. The chicken snitchzel that I ordered was fresh and cooked to order. My only criticism would be using fish batter for breaded fish on chicken. That was definitely a first for me, because I thought chicken snitchzel was coated in breadcrumbs. Howe

Really great food here, my partner had the Fish and Chips and I had a Goats Cheese and Beetroot Salad. Both were delicious and really good value for money. Great place, friendly people and very good value for money. I would certainly recommend.
Delicious food and fantastic service!! Loved the seafood chowder and fish n chips, but the best bit was the homemade chocolate orange cheesecake 🤩 staff were SUPER friendly. If we weren’t knackered from our bike ride, we would have loved to have chatted to them more over a drink at the bar.

I've only been living here a few months, but Chekkers is now my local weekend haunt, great staff ! Lager is lovely. I've tried every brand, and I never had a bad one! Enjoy an odd cocktail now & again, I've not tried the food yet, but the restaurant area is always busy, I'll try it for myself soon,
