Such a beautiful place! We had the delicious afternoon tea with lavender scones, would highly recommend, so light and fluffy I’d recommend to arrive early in the day to avoid busy spells and being disappointed, one of my new favourite places

It's in a lovely setting and the food was very good. I had a bit of difficaulty finding the gift shop because the queue of people waiting pay in the tea room was blocking the entrance , so I nearly missed it. A sign would help pointing to the gift shop.

What a beautiful place, best cheese scones I've ever had and the gardens are out of this world. Most amazing collection of plants, apart from the lavender of course, the colours of the zinnias are unreal. A little piece of heaven!

First visit yesterday, had lunch and a very pleasurable wander around the gardens. Will definitely become one of our regular places to visit. The food was superb, the gardens and plants sales excellent. My one criticism is that there was no information about the history of the farm, also I would like to have purchased some sort of souvenir such as a magnet or lavender soap that had been made locally. Small gripe I know.

Absolutely beautiful & peaceful amongst all the lovely flowers. My 2nd visit as a birthday treat from my daughter. The cream tea was really nice with plenty of tea for several cups can’t wait to go back again....

Calm and beautiful. So many flowers and the lavender is just stunning. As for the food, it'll be hard presses to beat their amazing, fluffy an light HUGE scones! The best I can officially say, I've ever had. The salad was amazingly portioned, with a large serving of chutney. WHICH was amazing and the lavender and elderflower tea, complimented everything. Very impressed!

Lovely tea room with very friendly and helpful staff. The goats cheese baguette was delicious and we were impressed by the vegan menu which is unfortunately still a rare occurrence at smaller venues. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful cafe rooms with delicious food! I had the pea and mint soup which came with crusty bread and local butter. There's a wonderful selection of cakes including many lavender based ones, such as lavender scones and shortbread. There is even lavender tea. The gardens are beautiful even at the beginning of spring and I'm looking forward to coming back in the summer when it's in full bloom. Make sure you book a table as they're very busy at lunchtimes!

Stunning cottage gardens and pond with more flowers than I would see in bigger, more advertised gardens. It has been tended in this hot time of year to look natural and the plants blend beautifully. There is plenty of aesthetic seating for a friend we took who was recovering from ill health and much in natural shade. We had lunch which had a lovely choice and was fresh and plentiful for the day. Well done Lavender Farm x

Completely glorious hidden gem! 😊🦋🌷 The lavender gardens have been transformed into a beautiful cottage garden. It’s a wonderful, peaceful space packed with colourful flowers. The owners have done an amazing job in a short time. And the food at the tea rooms is heavenly — amazing scones, cakes and crusty rolls. I’d recommend this to anyone. It’s a tranquil oasis where you can unwind from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It’s a real treat! There is also a small gift shop with lovely tempting trinkets, and a nursery where you can buy some glorious flowers and lavender. And they have season tickets! 😊🌸🌷

Beautiful gardens, we had a lovely wander around soaking up all the colour. I did think I'd see more lavender? If there were lavender fields then it wasn't clear where they were as we did not find them. Went to the cafe after at 3.15 and was told it was last orders so luckily we got in. Had a very nice cream tea, they had sold out of the lavender scone that I wanted to try. Staff informed me of their annual membership which seemed very good value

Lovely garden, free open day for the tulips in bloom. Never been before so good advertising on Facebook. Would go again for the nice lavender cakes in the cafe, lavender based gift shop and garden centre plants. Great on a sunny day to potter around all the windy paths and hidden features in the beautiful garden. Lavender not quite in bloom yet in April but I expect will be by May. Entry to the garden sounds like it's going up to £6 this year, I assume per person, not sure about kids, which to walk around the garden might be a bit steep for the whole family, if you didn't time it at a good time of year, but fairly reasonable if just paying for your self or compared to some other places in the new forest. Will be well worth it when in full bloom I bet. The cafe alone is lovely though even if you didn't go in the garden.

Lovely morning at the Lavender Tea Rooms, the bacon roll was particularly good. The cottage garden is well worth a visit, much bigger than you'd expect and very vibrant. It put my sunflowers too shame! You can see that they have spent a long time and a lot of effort to make it look so lovely.

Lovely cafe and gardens. We had the lavender scones and some coffee before going into the cottage gardens. It is £4.00 for entry to the cotrage gardens. There is onsite parking and a plant nursery too.

We thought we were going to a lavender field, but when we got there we discovered it was a new beautiful garden spread out over roughly 4 acres. It was a like a scene from a magical film, my daughters absolutely loved it. We spoke to the lovely daughter of the owner and she explained how her father had designed the garden all by himself. This has to be one of the most impressive gardens with its own unique style on the south coast of England. Treat yourselves and family to a lovely day and enjoy the lovely tea room and scones whilst you relax and take in this slice of paradise.
