The staff here are always lovely, even when busy, and the food I receive is always really good. The one time there was a mistake with my meal they bent over backwards to make it right. Meals can be a tad expensive, but the app makes it much more affordable, and the food is much better quality than some other fast food chains.
Overall good customer service, happy to have a chat with customers.
After reading some of the other reviews, people don't seem to understand that staff should be allowed to chat. Unless there's an actual issue with something, why not let them? 😆

Very positive experience today at Burger King. Went in with the family, lads on the till were very friendly. Food came quickly and hot. The assistant manager Sarah went above and beyond her duties. Made the kids feel very welcomed and was smiling the whole time. Will return again simply for the customer service shown. Absolute top job!

We went to the newly opened Lancaster branch of Burger King today for the first time and had a great time, not only because of the food, but also because of the behavior and customer service of one of the branch staff named 'DYLAN'. Because we were busy talking and didn't notice that our order was ready, our food was cold, DYLAN, who understood this, prepared a new dish for us with a very professional attitude and gave it to us along with our previous meal. This behavior really surprised us, congratulations to Burger King both for its professional rules and for professional and lovely staff like DYLAN.
Can not fault the staff here at all. My children are very fussy and yet the staff were very happy to accommodate. Specially Jane the restaurant manager was happy to give my daughter an extra milk with her meal. The food was lovely, hot and fresh!
