Plenty of options to suit every taste. Attention was paid to make sure the food was allergy-free. The bottomless fizzy drinks are great. Food was tasty and enjoyable but slightly overpriced. Sauce and allergy options were clearly labelled on the food. The veggie bean burger crumbled and squeezed apart whilst being eaten, though, which made things a bit messy. As far as service guess, the young man who 'welcomed' us at the door (he wasn't very welcoming) was miserable and looked like he'd had enough of his day, and was just as miserable towards further customers arriving after us. He just couldn't be bothered. However, the other staff were great, especially the man who was managing the team and the young lady taking our order at the counter. Just wish we could have placed our order at the table, which would have been more convenient than queueing at the till whilst trying to memorize the menu choices.
Loved the place. Visited Lando Lancaster for the first time. Quite impressed with the prompt service and the overall quality. Definitely worth a second try.
I decided to visit with family today the staff were super friendly and professional. We enjoyed our food and were offered free in additional to our platter.

Turned up on a mad busy Sunday lunchtime to be put on a waiting list. As soon as our time came, we were seated and attended to.
Despite the number of people, Olivia and her team took care of us individually and we got some great food.
Me and my friend really enjoyed our food at this restaurant, which was clearly opened in May 2022 due to looking good as new with the writing on the wall and bright lights! The menu being available at the counter is efficient, where we ordered our food from very helpful and friendly staff that took card or cash payments. Chicken wings, chips and peas were delicious and priced reasonably at just over £9, accompanied by a sweet custard tart that I bought for pudding afterwards! Seating is comfortable and the tables add to the recent look, helped by the cleanliness that is maintained.
It was the first time I've tried nandos and oh my it was wonderful!we were welcomed with a bright smiling face who allowed us to choose our seats and helped us through the process as newcomers. The staff were all lovely and the food was made so fast and came so well presented I was so excited to dig in! As soon as I took my first bite I was blown away, it was so good! I ordered the buttermilk chicken burger and chips with garlic bread and it was just so delicious. Not only that but it's proper, unprocessed food that leaves you feeling fulfilled and energised 😋I could eat nandos everyday please release pr packages to me 😂❤️
Hadn't had the opportunity to eat at Nando's for 8 year before visiting Lancaster in September. It was as good as I remembered. Good food, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff.
Special thanks to Jack who gave me extra packs of peri-peri sauce after learning that I wasn't able to bring small bottles of sauce with my carry on luggage!
After a few attempts of getting a table we managed this time. We had to wait 30 mins which was fair.
The food was okay but for the money we thought it was a little expensive. Otherwise it was hot and what we ordered.
The table we were at was a little difficult for me to get into with my long legs. Didn't make an issue of it but it was a little tight.
Service was quick and easy. The diet cola from the machine was like fizzy water though. I had to pour it away and get Fanta.
We felt nandos was a little overrated and probably wouldn't visit again.
Food was lovely BUT this review is specifically for the helpful staff especially Saba Moss- I left my purse at Nando’s and they contacted me themselves, we’re super helpful and kind and returned it to me via post. Thank you so much!!!!
There's a fairly restricted vegan and kids menu (food allergies), so most of us didn't eat much. However, the rest of the party enjoyed nice chicken meals. Was busy, considering it was mid week and not a school holiday, but still fairly quick service!

It's was pretty busy at 16:00 which was in the middle between lunch and dinner. It was a good indication of the popularity. The waiter at reception was friendly and we got a table with 5min. Even though we had an option to order at the till we tried the new modern way with the QR codes on the table. It was effortless to get the order done, and a bit more time to get all the payment details loaded. Once done it took 35min for food to arrive which was good considering the buzz in the place. Food was Mmmmmmm delicious. In fact the chicken was still juicy and tender. Excellent and far better than the Nando's in South Africa that serve burnt offerings!!. Well done. We initially didn't plan to have desserts but the experience was so great, so we prolonged it but hitting the dessert menu. If there was anything negative to say it was the tomato sauce bottles that were all empty. We had to squeeze the glass bottles of tomato sauce extremely hard to persuade the remnants to vacate the container. Well worth the visit. Thanks.
We celebrate My hubby birthday. Food was greate. Staff 5 stars. Hubby get cake for free and staff singing Happy birthday to him. Thank you so much . Everythink 5 stars.
A family member had his birthday there tonight and the staff where amazing to kids to the birthday boy pulled out all the stops the 2 ladies where amazing thank you so much for a wonderful birthday meal definitely a 5 star experience

Arrived at opening time ( 11.30 ) nice and quiet. Got shown to our table,the staff were friendly.
Ordered 4 meals which were all lovely and fresh. Went to another nandos restaurant a few months ago ,the chicken was over cooked and not very tasty but totally different in the Lancaster restaurant, it was cooked to perfection!. We will definitely be back.
Fairly nice food, was a long wait though. Staff were mostly very nice. Mega expensive for the amount, that was the main problem.
First time at Nandos since we don't have it in Germany. Food was delicious and the waiter was super friendly. Had a great time in a wonderful atmosphere. Thanks to the waiter and the team!
