I started coming 18 months ago and it has been somewhere I can go and feel I can be myself. Nobody judges you. I Was made to feel welcome. I enjoy the relaxation and meditation class. I would recommend anyone go along to the neuro drop-in and be sure of a warm welcome
I think Neuro Drop In is fantastic. Its a place where there is lots going on. You can join in the groups and the quiz and meet your friends for a catch up everyone who works and helps out are friendly and easy to talk to and go above and beyond for the group

This is the place to be for any age! There are so many classes ranging from keep fit to art classes. Every Tuesday the centre hold a circle of friends group for people with dementia. You can see how much the group love the day starting with having tea and coffee, having freshly made lunch from the m
this is a fantastic place for anyone with a neurological condition (MS, ME, Parkinsons, Alzheimers, CFS etc) .
they have really tasty home cooked food made by a really nice bunch of ladies (and sometimes men) and always have the tastiest soup!
they have classes for yoga (even seated) , mindfulness
What a place. This is a safe place, a place where your disability doesn't define you. Its a place where you can be yourself with a great cafe, wonderful people and a great range of activities .
