Great selection of desserts. The place has a lovely ambience to it, a great place to grab something to eat if you have a sweet tooth. It is also a nice plane to go on a date. However, customer service could be improved but other than that it’s a lovely place.

The best dessert place in Lancaster, I have visited one of there branch in castle had a bad experience. But here staff is friendly, and have very good customer service. I would recommend everyone to visit this place once u will not leave it forever😊😊😊😊
Puddings where amazing. Shame about the staff. The guy who took us to our table threw the menus down didnt even speak to us, then when I went to the counter to order another guy was texting on his phone looked at me then carried on texting. One of the girls was super busy and seemed to be doing everything. Think kaspa's would do well on some serious customer staff training.
